....oh, wait, wrong game.
*is summarily bricked*
Stupid nerd jokes aside, this announcement (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?p=130409) has me wanting to fling Cael into the FQ.
I don't precisely have a quest in mind just yet (half-waiting for the Salvar ideas thread to go up) but I'm looking for a person/few people who would be interested in questing with me in the allotted time.
Don't worry! I don't bite.
hard, anyways.

I wouldn't mind doing something with one of my many characters in the FQ. I did have a bit of a storyline worked out with Sighter, but I'm not sure if he and I are still doing it since he hasn't been around at all.
I warn you though, I will probably only be able to post twice a week.

I'd be interested with a different character of mine, Dirge, Osato, Ranger, ect... This one would be fun, but all but one of the almost 7 threads I'm in people stopped posting, including one in the FQ. And I assume that means I can't leave it unless I abandon that quest outright.
I wouldn't mind an FQ, and I'm your level. Calbrena is free to, whatever.
Aww, but the Stockades loot sucks...
Oh well, I'm still interested! Let me know!

No worries! I'm not in any particular hurry so long as it finishes up in the allotted time.

No more than Ragefire Chasm's does, I would assume! :D
Alright; barring announcement regarding Salvar mission ideas, this is the loose idea I have right now. Feel free to jump ship if the idea doesn't appeal to you, and add you own comments where-ever.
Cael is from a little fishing-oriented village in a feifdom about halfway between Khavlemikai and the Fjahld bay-inlet-thing on this map (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v516/darthmaulnda/FQSalvar.jpg). He has been trying to maintain neutrality since he doesn't really agree with church OR state and he's got family on both sides, but we all know how well that goes when one is faced with an angry mob.
I can easily picture him trying to get a group together to get food to certain villages and getting caught in the middle of something that he doesn't want to be involved in...
If there's anything you can work with in there feel free to elaborate/what-have-you. I hope to have it started by Monday at the latest.
Who exactly, may join so I don't get the wrong idea and post?

Ah Salvar... well I have a couple characters that can work there perfectly doing whatever you need. Lugh (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=43) is a beast of a man from Berevar who's traveled to the lands of Salvar to learn and explore a bit. Calaelen (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=2581) is a Salvaran nobles son, who I have yet to get into any threads for the Salvar FQ.
Either character's fine, though I would prefer Lugh over Cal.

I was referring to all four of you, provided we can make it flow well (and at the right rate) with that many writers...also provided no one objects or whatnot. I'm easygoin' that way.

Aww. Lugh is like a big teddy bear! I like him. He also seems to fit more with the ideas I have currently, so that works out nicely for the both of us. :D
Well, Calbrena can easily fit anywhere at 0, being exactly half good, and half evil. I just need to know a few more details to know how to operate her. I'll wait and see what everyone else says before I decide anything solid.
Aah, a food transport you say? Luckily for you Krugor's specialty is food :)
I can fit him in any way you want, he's very flexible. And getting in the middle of things you don't want to be in, is his specialty too!
Yes, I can see this working out... Traveling to different villages, delivering food and such, where the inhabitants come up to us and ask us to take this and that with us to their family members somewhere else, since they don't dare to travel there themselves because they're affiliated with an opposite faction... ;)

I'm afraid I think I'm going to try to go with those I have already, mate. Too many and it'll implode, I think. I'm sure we can work something out in the future, though!
For the rest of ya! Thread is up (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?p=131072), apparently by "Monday" I really meant "Thursday". Who knew? *grumbles about work*
The gist: Cael had his brother spread around a paper for those who might be interested in helping out the innocents in the Salvic civil war given their food problems. Anyone who runs in slightly-less-than-entirely-legal circles in Salvar is likely to have been able to see it (bringing both good results and, more than likely, bad ones for our intrepid heroes) as well as anyone who has contact with folks like that. And/or anyone who is just wandering the area between Vartholok and the sea and happens upon a lit inn in an otherwise deserted village.
I'll do my best to answer any questions/edit the starting post to accommodate ya, so ask away!
ETA: Alright, so apparently this is recruiting again, just for one or two people, though if no one's interested it'll still work as a duo, so no worries there. If you're interested, step up and tell me why you think your character fits in, and we'll see if I agree! (No worries, I'm fairly easy to appease.)

I haven't abandoned you, I'll have a reply up, if not later, then tomorrow sometime!

Because Tamo likes money. That, and he owes a few too much money to a few too many shady characters that would like to have a word with him. And by word, I mean a liberal stab fest. So he plans to skip town until he can find some way to get the necessary cash and hopes to god the loansharks don't send people after him!

Think you got my messages, Koji, so you're in if you're still interested.
That being said - new post either today or tomorrow, guys. :)

If you can wait until I get my 90% finished post up, that'd be great - it won't have anything in it that you'd have to edit your post over, and I'll have mine up this afternoon. The weekend attacked me with trig homework. :[

The weekend attacked me with trig homework. :[
*Flips open the big book of strategy*
"In case of Trig homework attack, the current favored method of counterattack is to break out a party, possibly one containing alcohol and loud, yet awesome, music. There is a school of thought that one should perhaps accept the attack, and simply get the homework done, but that school is full of nerds and geeks and other uncool people."
*Closes the big book of strategy*
Hope that helped :)

Except following that first strategy would mean I would never get into my teaching candidacy that I have been working on getting into for the last two years. No thanks!
Anyways. Shoving PM stuff here, along with a few small guideline-things, blatantly stole'd from Caden Law (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=10181) since he generally knows what he's doing, kinda.
I intend for there to be two plots going on here - the one with our characters, and the one revolving around the 'higher ups' in this mad idea - at the same time; as well as a build up to Calbrena turning on them. If there are any things you'd like
There is not a set post order. If you think your character could respond best to a situation, feel free - just maybe comment here saying you're taking the next post if no one objects.
Bunnying - sometimes scenes work better if the other writers can move your character around a bit. I don't mind Cael being bunnied so long as his actions remain in character for him, if you also do not mind, please say so so that your fellow writers can start. However, all dialogue bunnying should be verified with the character's player before being posted.
NPCs - the major NPCs planned thus far are the ones I PM'd ya. Feel free to create your own at will. :)
Activity - I am trying to amp up my own activity to get this wellwellwell underway before the Office of Letters and Lights steals my soul for the next month, since ideally I'd like this finished before this FQ chapter closes. That being said - how long d'ya'll want to put as the maximum wait time before bunnying and moving on comes into play?
Interaction - plot amongst yourselves! Create havoc and subplots without my knowledge! Go wild! Just please don't only talk to me. :)
That being said, if either of you want to reply before me, feel free - if not, I'll prolly have a reply by tomorrow evening.
