No point in degrading yourself by trying to show her how 'great and wonderful' you are or try to make her jealous in some way (I don't know if you were actually thinking of doing this... but in case you were). This was among my first thoughts as well.












I might also note that she has suicidal tendencies, and has put herself in the hospital more than twice because of that. So there's the whole fear of her buying the farm if/when I do cut things off completely.

And honestly? I'd totally neglect her suicidal tendencies. Because if she's going to do it, she'll do it. Otherwise, she's just a bawwwing attention whore. Regardless, it's never YOUR fault.
