Well, I'm not really asking people to discuss the issue, just the video that pertains to the issue. You know, if you didn't like the video you could say why and a brief little thing about the issue, or whatever. I just wanted some views on the video.

No, California voters voted. That doesn't constitute a decision. The legislature, executive, and (potentially) judicial branches disagree, and the final word has yet to be made.
