Name: Lice Grumalth
Age: 20
Race: Goblin
Hair Color: Bald
Eye Color: Green
Height: 5'3"
Weight: ~90 lb
Occupation: Former goblin Town Guard. He managed to hold onto that job for nearly two years, until he got kicked out for minor embezzlement.
Personality: When attributes were handed out by whatever Creators might exist, Lice must have been last in line. He's greedy, unhygienic, unpleasant, and most of all petty. Nonetheless, he does have a moral code of sorts, instilled into him by a loud goblin matron quick with a stick. There are certain crimes which he considers to be off limits, for example. He refuses to murder unprovoked. He won't hesitate to steal anything that isn't nailed down, to use a rotten cliche, but he would never consider a large-scale robbery. Anything big, like treason or war though he fails to understand entirely. He has a strong aversion to organization, any organization, and authority is a foreign concept to him. There is no way, though, that Lice would be described as 'evil.' A nuisance, sure, a thief, definitely, but not evil. Lice takes no pleasure in the misery of others, although he is mainly out for his own personal gain.
History: Lice was born in a small, dirty goblin village in a small, dirty goblin house to a pair of small, dirty goblin parents. They gave a small, dirty name to their small and dirty child who they fully expected to have, well, a small and dirty life. He lived in a house with his 10-odd brothers and sisters, parents, and most of all his grandmother. His grandmother could probably be described as the most singularly strong influence in his life. She was a force of nature, a massive broad-shouldered woman who had lived to two times her life expectancy. She screamed and beat him as regularly as a clock, and he hated her more than anything else. She would end up outliving her son, his father, who died in an attack from a group of humans. His father's death did little to make his life worse off, I am sorry to say. He grew up in poverty and never has known anything else. He has a vague idea that perhaps there are some people out there who are "those rich bastards" and that for them, perhaps life is better. As a child he alternated between running odd jobs for neighbors and pickpocketing the same to get money. Eventually he was old enough to be forced out of the house until he found some employment. He happened upon the City Watch and was given a rusty sword and leather jerkin. There he stood at the town gate idly for long hours. It was as close to an ideal for him as possibly, actually. The job required little or no actual action, and his innate laziness was quite satisfied. The pay, however, was dismal. Eventually Lice was forced (in his mind...) to find other means to, ah, supplement his income. He took to taking the occasional coin from the widows and orphans box fund on the desk in the guardhouse. That went on for a few weeks until someone found out that the running tally on the fund was actually mysteriously running down. It didn't take long to trace the thefts back to Lice, and he was quickly run out of town. Barely looking back, and with the sword and armor he took from the guards Lice set off on his journey...
Skills: Swordsmanship: Lice has moderate skills with blades thanks to his training as a guard.
Pickpocketing/Thievery: Lice's nimble hands allow him to pickpocket with little risk of being caught.
Fast Reflexes: Like most goblins, Lice is quick on his feet.
Equipment: Rusted Iron Sword
Leather Jerkin
Iron Hunting Knife
Waterskin
