View Full Version : Audeamus - II

Slayer of the Rot
01-13-09, 10:21 PM
There was an inch of dust in the most recent footprints.

Dan Lagh'ratham traced a finger through the dirt as he hunched down in the dank darkness of the moldering theater. The hole in his head had stopped bleeding, at least, though the torn strip of cloth he'd tied around his head was crusted over, and stank terribly. There was no sign of Kadarus, of Luc, of the woman with the stitched lips - though one had to wonder if they had ever existed. The slayer couldn't say for certain. There was no way of telling how much damage the Wilmhearst madji had done to his mind.

His guts did their familiar twisting there, in the dark, as he thought about bringing the theater down around him. Dan set a hand on his stomach, still full of blood and half digested flesh. He knew the sensation, and hated what was to come.

In the smell of dust and mold, the beast waited.

The Audaemus

Description: Audaemus was, at a time, a small organization by most standards. The existence of said organization was hidden from the public eye; their raid on the Bazaar was simply chalked up to a chance gathering of criminals of sociopaths. Indeed, the only ones who truly knew the name of the organization was it's members and agents - but they are gone now, save for Dan Lagh'ratham.

Purpose: None. Dan Lagh'ratham has destroyed most of their old gathering places, though has left some untouched.

Ranking: At the moment, there is no ranking system.

The Rings:
While the three rings that were given out still exist, the remainder of the set are gone. It's unclear as to where they have been spirited away to now, though some say they have been destroyed. The bits of jewelry hold no more importance to the clan.

Rules:
There are no current rules.

Admission: Don't be killed by The Red Beast.

Communication and Bases: Currently, there is no set base for Audaemus operations.

Current Goals:

Presently, none.

Note: This has a purpose. I'm reforming it for that, but I don't want to reveal it just yet, until Arsene and myself have the ball rolling.
