Name:Mannfred Basileus
Age:103
Race:Former Human
Hair Color:black
Eye socket Color:Glowing blue
Height:6'3ft
Weight:5 Stone
*Occupation:Hired killer/"Diplomat"

*Personality: Mannfred is a distant character he doesn't often to seem to be paying attention to what is currently happening around him, which is not true he is merely paying attention to both the fore and background of his current position. Mannfred enjoys the company of educated people and those whom are not afraid of his appearance. He will always try and do the right thing unless it conflicts with his personal interests. Mannfred is also subject to fits of rage if he ever is in a presence of a necromancer or a ally of one.

Appearance: Mannfred has a very gaunt appearance and thus gives the impression of a skeleton more than a actual human. He wears the clothes of a well bred noble which is black with a silver lining. Mannfred has no eyes to speak of apart two glowing embers where his eyes should be and has a well trimmed Van dyke

History: Not much is known of Mannfreds pre adult hood but what his "friends" do know about him is that he and his family were taken hostage by a necromancer which preformed experiments on his family and himself. The experiments led to the death of both his wife and daughter but left Mannfred himself between life and death. When his friends ask of the fate of the necromancer he merely tells them that last time him checked up on him that he was still screaming. His "friends" have seen Mannfred struck down many times only to reappear months later without a scratch.

Haunting voice (makes living beings uneasy, no effect to people with highwill power/ arrogant)

Spell: Shadow shift (Allows Mannfred to disappear into shadows and reappear in another shadow can only be used twice a day at most, takes Mannfred 20 seconds to fully meld with the shadows and then can only reappear in a near by shadow which is 20 yards or below is current position.)

Gaze of judgment (The victim has his crimes repaid onto him can only be used on people who have committed lesser acts of evil, easily resisted by powerful/souless beings)

Curse of undeath (Mannfred is viewed as a abomination by the gods and therefore is not allowed any form of after life. So when Mannfreds physical form is destroyed he is stuck in limbo until he can "pull himself together".

Equipment: Clothes, Rapier, one handed crossbow, ebony cane, a small amount of money and a golden pocket watch.

Rapier: The rapier is made out of steel but has a edge of silver.

Cane: Made out of heavily dulled silver

*Hopefully this is acceptable please if you can point out any areas I should expand in.

Welcome to the site, just a few things to note and we'll get this out of the way. I'll be helping you with the 'pointing out' of details, however I must say that this is a very interesting character. The magic is original and interesting...

For your skills, if you could give relative skill levels for them. Say, you are above average with one of the weapons, average with another, and below average with the other one.

Unnatural strength and speed can be increased 1.5 time the average human. And your 'haunting voice' is disconcerting to people that notice, but those that are haughty (up tight diplomats and cocky characters) will probably not show it. And those that don't want to dwell on it that have a higher willpower will be able to ignore it.

For your spells: Shadow shift should have a time limit, like 20 seconds, to be able to fully shift into the shadows, and he can appear out of shadows no further than 20 feet from him.

Deathly Grip is going to have to be dropped for now, since it's far too strong for a level 0 character.

Gaze of Judgment, for now it can be a small past event that the character remembers and feels happen to him instead of what he did to someone else. Small means like... a little mugging and the like (not murder since I can't approve a character that can make someone feel themselves being murdered). Also, if you use it on another player, they're going to be able to resist if they're a level higher or more than you.

For the equipment: I need to know what metal the rapier, crossbow, and cane are made of. For now weapons can be made of iron or steel, and yew or oak. You should probably add that you have 10 'bolts' (the ammo for the crossbow) which also need to be assigned a material they're made from.

Made the changes and thanks for the pointers, first time I've done something like this. :)

Not a worry, that's why we have these to help out and get the character worked out. Just one more thing and you will be on your way.

The Gaze of Judgment; you can make it so that it works on anyone who's done anything evil in the past, since people that have done 'great evil' acts are probably going to be higher level PC's, for the most part, and the spell wouldn't work on them. I'd suggest changing it so that you can use it on anyone, but can be resisted by higher level characters.
