Personality
Unlike most people who tend to act on what is, or going to happen, Krious focuses on the elements and their personality to reflect himself. He has his own set of traits to he tends to be most of the time, but should a time arise where something must be done, he often takes traits from the elements such as fire and water. Often open with the people who can respect or acknowledge the elements for what they are, and shun the people who disrespect or mock the elements. Most of the time mages and such are his closest friends, since they also use the elements and understand their powers. Even through this, Krious still understand the needs of people and their use for the elements, even if it doesn’t seem right. But this is mostly karma, since then they people will need to use other elements to often fix their problems. Needing water to put out fire is one such example.
Appearance
Most of his belongings act like a mood ring. The fine details and lining in his clothing changes colors to reflect which element he is wielding at the time. He wears tight leather pants, and a tight white shirt. A long trench coat flows lazily behind him, unless its actually done up, which is still uncommon for Krious to do. A pair of leather boots covers his feet and come up to about the middle of his shin. No visible weapons are seen, which is often an advantage for Krious to try and use against most opponents. His hair is short for most elves; the back is often a mess, sticking up in every which way, while the front often hangs in front of his eyes.
History
In a small forest community, when the night was still young, a father was telling a young boy a tale. A tale which seemed so old it should’ve been forgotten, but had really only been a few generations before. The elves here were so much apart of nature, most had studied and become a druid. But, one person, had focused on other studies, and neglected his druidic heritage. The elements seemed to call out to this individual, and after many days of meditation, he had some how become imbued with the powers of the elements. The elements heard his cries, and lent him their powers. The druids still knew that this was part of nature, for without the elements nothing could exist. The elders still didn’t want to accept him though, and soon, the man was exiled from his home.
But some of the druids did commend the man for his actions and soon a fight between two factions split the small community in two. Those with the man and against him. The town split through a small civil war, and the two factions abandoned the small town, and created two others. Constant fighting soon destroyed the town they had loved for so long. And even now, the fighting continues.
Years later…
Krious came out of the temple, exhausted. Sweat beaded down his face in a constant stream. The town had gathered around, all waiting. His eyes lifted, and four orbs circled about him. A red one, a blue one, a brown one and a white one. The four elements had come to his aid, and lent him their power. The crowd erupted in cheer, and soon the festivities were in full motion. A huge feast had been made in his honor.
During the years of war, the elements stopped coming to aid of the elves. Both sides lost most of their powers, and soon the civil war came to a cease-fire. Though both sides still clinged to hope that soon, they would have the power to destroy the other side for good. Krious had been the first in over a hundred years to receive the power of the elements. But for him, this was just the beginning, since he had other plans then what his people did for him. That night, was the last time he had seen his people and the war that had divided them so long ago..
Skills
All of Krious powers exist and revolve around the use of the elements. He has control over four elements. Fire, water, earth, and wind. The basic of all the elements.
Elements: Krious weapon of choice is the scythe. Which he creates out of his elements. The scythe takes form according to the elements of his choice. A long staff and blade of fire, should he choose to use fire, for one example.
Fire: Krous can control the pure form of fire. Although his powers were just gifted to him, his understanding and control of this power is very limited. The only control he has is over a flame about the size of an apple.
Water: Krous can control the pure form of water. Same with fire, he lacks the understand and control. The only control he has over water is about the amount of water in a pint glass.
Earth: Krous can control the pure form of earth. Much harder to use then fire and water, Krious can’t do much with earth. Krious can control as much as a common stone, but even this is still hard for him to do.
Wind: Krous can control the pure form of wind. The hardest to use of all four. He has no control over it yet.
Equipment
Weapon: His four elemental scythes. His power is limited and they are only as strong as a man’s steel blade.
Armor: His leather jacket act as this, catching most blows he would take. Replaced often..
Gear: A book of his heritage, yet to be read. And common travelling supplies, water pouch, flint, and so forth.
