Hey and welcome to Althanas! Just a few things to help you out with before we can get this character out in the wild world! ^^

First thing: The armor you have listed, as well as the scythe should be as strong as steel at most for now. You can have a 'beam scythe' but it will have to act the same way as a normal steel scythe would.

As for the armor reduction, that is fine for now, but remember a weapon blow to anywhere not covered in armor will do regular damage for now.

Alrighty then, just remember that though the blade is technically a beam, it will not cut through other metals any differently than a regular steel scythe would.
