Name: Elijah "Two Cuts" Wraths
Age: 25
Race: Human
Hair Color: White
Eye Color: His entire eye is a bright green color with the exception of his slit like pupils that are black.
Height: 162 lbs.
Weight: 5'10"
Occupation: Unsilent Assassin/Demon Slayer (Jobs he does just when he needs some gold)

Personality: Elijah is violent, rude, and callous. His most noticeble personality trait is his bizzare and often twisted sense of humor. Is obsessed with getting stronger and more powerful, no matter the cost. Enjoys causing chaos amongst a crowd of people. Doesn't mind working with others as long as in the end it contributes toward a personal goal.

Appearance: The most noticible feature on Elijah is the large x shaped scar that covers his face. Both lines start just above the corner of his eyebrows, over his nose, and down to the lower part of the opposite check. His hair is dark brown and unkept, going down his neck and strands of hair over his eyes. From his left shoulder all the way to his fingertips is completely black with the exceptions of the vein like green lines that entangle the arm, while fighting the green lines glow. On his right forearm he has several scars that spell out the words, "Not Free" and on his right shoulder he has a scar in the shape of a cross. Usually has a sick grin on his face...

History: Elijah was born in a small village in the mountains, had a brother named Damon who was three years older than him. When Elijah was fourteen the village was attacked by a group of raiders, who killed the men and sold the women and children as slaves. Damon and Elijah lived the next year of their lives at the raider's camp in a cage, waiting to be bought. They were able to escape amidst the chaos of an attack on the raider's camp. Knowing their father was murdered during the attack on their village they went on to search for their mother, traveling from city to city and asking around. Damon looked after his little brother during the travels. After months of searching they finally discovered she was bought by Jacqeus Corvin, the leader of the mercenery group Brigade. They attempted to bargin with the mercs for his mother's release but did not have much gold or anything of real value to bargin with. They even tried to trade themselves for her freedom but Corvin stated they could not offer what their mother did.

That night a nearby demon sensed Elijah's and Damon's depseration and called them into a nearby cave. The cave housed two weapons; Calamity, a large four sided throwing star, and Desintigration, a large unbreakable sword that feels weightless to it's owner . The demon explained the weapons were once wielded by two evil warloards with great power until greed for the other's power made them destroy each other. He warned them Elijah and Damon would share the same fate if they took the weapons but they accepted, saying they would never do harm to one another. Elijah took Calamity while his brother took the more powerful weapon, Desintigration. Neither of them could easily lift their weapons and had to drag them back to the camp, the demon said the powers would not take over them until they entered a combat situation for the first time using the weapons. They did not feel anything at first but confident in what the demon said and desperate to save their mother they left to attack the Brigade.

Seconds of entering combat with the merceneries, the powers of the weapons released into Damon and Elijah. They fought through them and eventually were able to kill Corvin, setting their mother free. After their reunion they explained to their mother about Calamity and Desinigration. She told them they should not have done it and they should return the weapons to the cave. They were convinced they could control the power and use it for good.

The three of them spent the next two years in a small house on the outskirts of a city as Damon's and Elijah's powers grew with training. They often attacked raiding and bandit groups. Slowly the power began corrupting the young mind of Elijah, he grew more violent, callous, and distant. Finally one day Damon told Elijah he should return the weapon to the cave before things got worse and in response Elijah attacked Damon, telling him he was jealous of his power. Elijah ran away after he was defeated by Damon, taking only Calamity with him.

Time passed and Calamity's control continued eating away at Elijah worsened until he got to the point he would murder for no reason. Eventually news of a man wielding a large shuriken slaughtering people reached Damon and he went out in search to stop his brother. The next time they battled Elijah was stronger than their previous encounter and was able to beat Damon but even in his state of mind could not find it in himself to kill his brother.

Elijah went back to the cave in which he founded Calamity and requested the demon to give him more strength. The demon told Elijah that he is bound in the cave by the four warriors who defeated him and the only way he would be able to give him more power is if he was freed. Elijah said he would kill the four warriors that bound him if he promised to make him stronger, the demon agreed.

Since then Elijah has already killed one of the four warriors and is searching for the last three, all the while Damon is still hunting Elijah to stop him.

Talents:

Unarmed Combat - Elijah can fight unarmed with average ability.

Thrown Weapon Skill - Elijah can use throwing needles, daggers, and stars with above average ability. This is to include his own weapon, Calamity.

Mask Pain - Elijah can hide how hurt or tired he is very well. For example he could break his leg and though it really does hurt him and does affect him physically he can play it off as if it doesn't.

Weapon Repair - Elijah can repair blade edged weapons with average ability.

Fearless - The part of his brain that controls this emotion has almost completely deteriorated. Being without fear is not always a good thing...

Abilities:

Demon Arm - Elijah's left arm is 1.5x stronger and slightly more durable than that of an average man's, durable enough to defend against light sword attacks without becoming heavily damaged Also able to extend to the length of six feet. While extended his arm becomes like a heavy set whip. Wounds sustained to the arm heal at a much faster rate. A small cut or bruise will heal in minutes, can take hours for larger wounds. If the arm is severed it will fully regenerate itself in twelve hours.

Calamity Hammer - Elijah throws Calamity with full force using his left arm, making it travel two times faster than it usually does when he throws it. When using this he cannot put a curve in his throw, only throw it straight ahead. Can use once per hour.

Summon Calamity - If Elijah can visually see Calamity and if it is within ten yards of him he can summon it back to him, it will travel back to him in a straight line as if it were thrown.

Equipment:

Calamity - A large four point throwing star made of common steel. From point to opposite point the star measures about three feet and weighs around twenty lbs. Can cut through objects but also has smash damage potential on smaller/weaker targets because of it's weight and size.

Crude Dagger - A simple dagger Elijah recently picked up. Has a seven inch blade that is made of common steel. Note Elijah has no fighting skill with the dagger, just uses it to stab stuff... like people. Kept in a sheath on his belt.

Leather Bag - A small, black leather bag used to keep small items such as coins, keys, etc. Worn on his belt at his side.

Sharpening Stone - A small stone designed to sharpen bladed weapons.

(Is it necessary for me to post a character profile for Damon? He is going to be appearing quite a bit.)

Hey hey, welcome to the boards, I'll be reviewing this and getting it straightened out so you'll be free to go smash up some people with that beautiful giant throwing star of yours.

First things: Calamity hammer I'd like for you to keep that at twice the regular speed. And for now would like you to remove Calamity Swap, since it's more of an instant teleportation technique that's a little too powerful.

And as long as 'Damon' isn't going to be a character to himself, but more of a sidekick or tagalong NPC, you don't need to make a profile for him. Just be sure to tell the other people in the thread, preferably through writing, that he's there and who he is...

Cool, questions though.

Is it all right if I remove Calamity Swap and replace it with another skill more suitable for a character my level, I like to have lots of options while writing for fights.

Or maybe, if possible, can I put some more restrictions on it so I can have it? Maybe limit it to one use per hour/day/thread, shorten it's range, etc.

For now I'd prefer it not to be listed, since I don't want to approve instant teleportation for a level 0 character. And, since you have a good amount of battle-noted skills, it'd be preferred if you didn't add another one at this level. When you level up you're free to upgrade then though.
