Under your name? Is it like the old days were only Admins/Mods could have a title since it was essentially where the EXP/Level were listed? Do I have to win something? Score high enough? If only the cool people get them, then I demand I have one. Now.

Agreed - since a lot of the former staff still have their custom titles anyways.

Not entirely sure why mine went away :(

It would be pretty awesome to have a custom user title. I would make a false boast about Xos's current level of power and change his title to "Archwizard", or, make his a reflection of his chosen profession and go with "Magiscientist" "Archwizard of science" or some other such title.
