AquianaHikari

Name: Ariana Goodfellow
Age: unknown, but looks around the teen years of an average human
Race: Half child of Oberon, quarter elf, quarter Dark elf
Hair Color: (original) Blue (what she likes) Blonde
Eye Color: (original) gold (what she likes) Blue
Height: 5'2
Weight: 99
Occupation: She is a prankster, if that's an occupation...

Personality: She is a happy person, even though some may say she has a dark sense of humor. She likes to play pranks on everyone and everything. She is very caring to those that are nice to her, but when she gets mad at someone, she makes sure that they're lives are a living hell. She doesn't like killing animals, and always tries to stand up for them, but she still eats meat. She is also well known to burst into songs that she says are from a world called "Earth".

Appearance: Though she can change her appearence at will, her favorite look is that of a teenage girl with long blonde hair and sky blue eyes. She lets her skin change from tan in the summer to pale in the winter. She also has pointy ears, of course. Her clothes are that of a baby blue tunic over a forest green thermal. Her pants are a dark, almost black purple.

History: Her mother was half Dark Elf, half Elf, and her father was Robin Goodfellow, or Puck as most call him. She was very mischevious even as a small child. She helped her father play pranks on anyone and everyone, which led to an accident a few centuries later. She helped her father play a prank on Oberon, and when Oberon was about to punish her father, she stood up for him taking the blame. Oberons punishment was that she was to live as a mortal for 9 centuries. Before she was sent away though, her other grandfather, an elf by the name of Darrenon, gave her a spear to protect herself with. And her father, knowing it was his fault she was being sent, gave her a bag that held all the tricks and pranks that he could do even without that much magic, so that she could escape from anythng too dangerous. While she was in the human world, she met a demon child by the name of Mizuko, who grew attached and then followed her, helping her out of trouble. Her years of mortality came to an end 100 years ago and now she's out to have a time of adventuring!

Skills: She has all the powers of Oberon, but they are weaker then they once were do to the fact she was forced to live as a human for a few centuries. The powers of Oberon range from changing the seasons, to levatation, to giving life. It is basically control over all magic, but do to lack of use, she is unable to do any extremes. She can still hover for a given amount of time, change certain elements, such as truns water into ice, or to make wood catch fire, just by pointing or snapping her fingers. Though she prides herself in fair fights and never uses it to her advantage (unless there is no fight going on and she just needs a good laugh, then she might pull a small prank, but never enough to harm any person in anyway, just surprise them, you know, make them jump...) She has the same weakness as all children of Oberon, that of iron. Anything iron can weaken her.

Equipment: She owns a spear that her grandfather gave her when she was still "young". It is a light brown color, made of oak wood that is injected with a reinforcement spell so it won't break easiy, and is 5'0 long, including the head, which is made of a mixer of magic, steel, and gold. Her most prized possesion is a bag of magic tricks and pranks that her father gave her. It comes in handy during boring meetings that her other grandfather, Oberon, holds, though she ends up being punished after words. She also owns a cloak which adapts to the elements and situations she often finds herself in. She also has nearly unbreakable, laced with magic chainmail that Mizuko made for her during the first year of there friendship. It is made out of steel and silver. She also posseses a yew bow and arrows that are made of a type of solid water that she created before her exile. There are 42 and they are as strong as steel.

Familiars: Her close demon friend Mizuko joins her in the form of a small blue owl, his true form is that of a male 6 year old boy with blue hair, red eyes, and a green tunic with leather pants and no shoes. He has no real powers except to give small peices of advice and is able to hover. He never talks to anyone but her and he is almost always smiling. He doesn't need to eat but is able to if he wants. He is also good at making clothes, and Ariana gives him the materials, so they never need to go out and buy new ones, or ever have to go to a tailor for that matter.

As far as all the powers of Oberon, could you expand upon this? Its vague and I wish to get an idea of what she's capable. The same goes for her Familiar, and it is in essence a second character for you.

Welcome to the site by the way, and hopefully you'll stick around and enjoy it!

Okay, I think I fixed it... Tell me more of what you think please, I'd like to know how well this character turned out...

Alright, For the burning things I'm going to have to say it needs to be unattended wood. So if someone is holding a club, you can't just light it on fire. If they lose grip on their club, fair game.

The equipment is all over the place. I need a wood on the spear shaft, the bow and the spear shaft need to be oak or yew. The chain mail needs a metal type, preferably steel or iron, though given your character steel. As for the arrows she's made, I need more information on them.

Well, the arrows are basically ice that isn't frozen, solid water, they have no special powers, she just made them to look cool and be different. And I thought that not burning peoples things was a give in... *scratches back of head nervously*

I just added one more thing that I forgot about, sorry...

Well its not that, so much that I'm trying to give you flexibility without forcing you to restrict yourself. By setting out guidelines like this you'll be able to play your pranks, just remember that anything beyond minor mischief will be seen as a power game. I would ask that you give your arrow heads hardness equal to steel or iron, only so that if they hit something with resistance, its less likely to just splash over the target. Also I need to knwo how many arrows you got like this. 60 would be the absolute max I'd allow with this style character.

As for how your character is, she's pretty good. I like what you're trying to do, and that's why I'm trying very hard not to put you in a box with the pranks.

Thank you! Okay, I've added the needed info, anything else?

Okay, I'm just warning that I put she likes to burst out into song, but just saying that the songs do nothing, she just gets bored easily and it's something for her to do instead of pranking...

Um, I'm sorry but I see no mention of the arrows, nor what the arrow heads are like...

Also one final thing, you're not going to be able to sell your spear or chain mail, you can upgrade it, but not sell it basically...

I'm good with not selling the spear and chainmail, who'd want to sell them? So is it good now? I forgot to save the changes... ^^'

Sorry, forgot to ask what the bag of tricks did. I must have missed it last night, I swear, absolute last thing!

The bag of tricks is basically where anything you need for a prank is, it can also be used as a storage device, you know for food and maybe a small store bought weapon or 2? The only use it can be in a fight is for escaping, fleeing, running away, getting the hell out of it... you get the point...

Alright, don't go overboard on the pranks or the bag of tricks. Try to keep it within reason, I'm trusting you on this one.

APPROVED!
