The lower-level of the building Richard rents out to a middle-aged couple who run their own bakery out of the street-level storefront. History:
Richard was born the third son of Donald and Marie Pembleton in Radasanth's middle-class "Elmhollow" neighborhood. After a mundane and eventless childhood, Richard attended primary school until the age of 12. After primary school a young Mr. Pembleton was boarded away to a private secondary instition in Raiaera, going on to attend Istien University on a full scholarship. At the age of 22 he graduated with honors from the University with a Bachelors in Banking and Business Finance.
After taking a year off to travel the world, Richard made his way back to his hometown of Radasanth to establish himself in the business realm. He and a couple of his classmates who also made the move back to Radasanth founded the "Moloney, Pembleton & Zan" accounting firm, through which they each became independently wealthy. After several years the three partners went seperate ways, and Pembleton used his personal fortune to purchase a building in Radasanth's downtown...
