The administrator and everyone that is involved in this tournament and that has created it ... has told me and informed me, along with my partner and a few others ... that the tournament is canceled and no one wins.

I regret you all to know this terrible information.

....

Obvious ploy is obvious. Anyone fooled by this should be summarily dismissed from the forum.

However, all in the spirit of April Fool's Day.

Lame... makes me sad that this is the best Althanas can do.

Althanas had an incredible April Fool's day last year. Serilliant shut the entire site down and told us we lost all our data.

It was pretty funny.

It seems that the internets is full of fail this year.

I mean, there's one with the Umbrella Corporation requesting federal bailout monies (http://www.gamespot.com/news/6207121.html?tag=latestheadlines;title;1), but that's seriously all that's really caught my eye.

Someone start up some 2012 nonsense, and fast!

Horrible joke is horrible.

That is all.

Aside from the fact that such news would come from the admins, this is still ridiculously lame. I'll leave my comments at that for the sake of civility.

All I did for April Fool's was to convince a few friends that I actually thought Twilight was cool.

I managed to convince around eight people in my sociology class that we had a paper due today.

Why don't you go ahead and joke about the Holocaust while you're at it, you monster.

Sorry, what was that again? I couldn't hear you above all the screaming in the concentration camp next door. I keep telling them to keep it down, but they never listen. Oh, there goes another one...

So I keep reading this thread title in Professor Barnsworth's voice, only replacing 'sad' with 'good'.

No. Negative. There's another person on this site who actually causes me to lose any remaining senses I once had.

Christoph pulls about third in my books. =D

But seriously now...

Oh, this joke was like Two Girls One Cup and the Pain Olympics; completely pointless and unnecessary.

I convinced someone at my work that is brand new (only been there for a week) that they were laid off and fired.

I caught her at the last second and let her know I was joking.

She was soooooo terrified ... lol!

She laughed it off at the end.

Quoted for truth. That's the kind of joke I hate. I don't mind silly practical things, but once it starts actually scaring people, I'm out.

What Serilliant did last year was pretty amazing. I remember we were all so giddy about finding those little hidden messages hidden everywhere!
