History
Monroe Stein has lived a very long life. Starting at age 20, he decided he was a professor. From that point on, he has wandered the streets, seeking for tutors. He hasn't found many, but he did find some wire-rimmed spectacles when he was 46. He wears them on his jaunts about Radasanth, mumbling about how the University of Corone rejects his brilliance. They're too thick for him to see anything through, so he perches them on his nose and peers over them. He thinks they make him look spiffy.
He doesn't really know much of his life. An innkeeper has kept him lodged in his "Study" for much of his life, encouraging to eat meals at the "dining hall" in return for the pennies that his students throw him during classtime on the streets.

Monroe Stein can deliver a mean lecture on the strange animals that live in the Bazaar and how they can shapeshift using the unique principles of cross-modulation found only in the frequencies of the lunar eclipse during the second week of October. He can also lecture on anything else, come to think of it. His accuracy may be another matter.
