I've been debating posting about this site for a while, as many might consider it blatant advertising. While it is advertising, it's also something I've personally used for nearly a year and am proud to say the site really does what it says it does.

All you do is register and use their search engine. I've been doing it for a year, as I said, and I've had multiple baseball cards, a t-shirt(which I actually do like), and even had a PS2 game shipped to a friend. All of this at no cost to me, period.
Best of all, free is free, and they are constantly adding new ways to earn points/bucks/whatever.
Again, it's free, so it's not like it can really hurt. Though, avoid their toolbar, it may contain spam/spyware. The search doesn't though.
