Hi. I'm Nevermore, and it's nice to meet you. Over my career as a roleplayer I've gotten more than one Poe-related welcomes and in various languages, too. :P

I'm generally quite laid-back and the like, so you shouldn't have to worry about me raging all over the place or anything. I hope to have a nice stay at Althanas.

I was somewhat confused as to if we post our character before our OOC introduction, but oh well.

Welcome to Althanas. first of all, Beware the mods. Each one is different and will try to get you to do there bidding. Take Witchblade for example. She may seem sweet and kind when she offers you cookies or sweets but the tip is - she put mind control ingredients in the sweets. So never EVER EAT HER SWEETS !!!.

First off, despite the drug-induced mind control, I do recommend the cookies and other assorted pastries. They are delicious.

Secondly, characters are posted in the character registration forum, which can be found here (http://www.althanas.com/world/forumdisplay.php?f=7). Then, a mod should approve it, assuming you follow some basic guidelines (mostly relating to power and the like), and move it to the registration archive (which is also a good place to look through for ideas, guidelines, and formatting issues). That can be found here (http://www.althanas.com/world/forumdisplay.php?f=10).

Finally, I welcome you in the only foreign language I know: Bienvenidos a Althanas.

P.S.
Should you have any questions, a mod is your best bet (someone with a bold or italic username). However, other users should be willing to help, although we may be a bit less knowledgeable or prompt.

Heh, thanks for the warm welcome. I was on a site once where the running joke was one member's alien-shaped stuff animal named Pook.

As soon as you joined, you had to buy kidney insurance or else Pook would steal them. :P

I'm finishing up my profile, but I expect a comment or two on my abilities. Maybe. I'm still investigating how weak they really need to be.

Anywho, it should be up soon. Hopefully it'll be satisfactory. His name is a reference to someone, but it's not too well hidden - nevertheless, kudos to whoever tells me who first. Except Logan.
