Eye Color: white eyes
Height: 5”7
Weight: 140
*Occupation:
*Personality: Can be easily frustrated when things don't go his way. Very arrogant when thinking about how people are which leads him to being independent(always wanting to do things by himself) and tend to get nervous often. The more nervous he gets the more adrenaline rushes despite his constant fear of dying he loves the excitement of being in danger.
Appearance: Ovid wears a black robe and on the back he has two white leathered zeros stitched with his name above it like a baseball jersey. The steel bat strapped on the back covering the number diagonally.
History:
Ovid was abandoned by his parents, on the day he was born. His parents shunned him because of his white hair in the middle and his eyes deemed to be scary. A master mage adopted this child and made him go through regular activities. Just like the other students, he learned how to perform magic. He had immense power but did not know how to control it.
One evening Ovid was walking in the desert near the academy. Thinking many thoughts as usual, wondering why his magic is not stable. Ranting out loud, bursting with frustration as he walked further away from the academy. Suddenly, his left eye felt like there was something in it. I black spot that grew bigger by the second. Within two minutes after he encountered this dot, both of his eyes were now fully black.
Weird images started to flash within the darkness. These images were very confusing. Ovid did not know how to comprehend this. The audience was cheering for the players in the middle of the stadium.
He looked at the only player who was moving at the moment. A player who was holding a baseball glove instantly threw his pitch. Although Ovid did not understand the concept of the game, he was amazed witnessing how alive those competitors were.
Embracing how players there threw the ball around the stadium. All the anger he built up inside not being able to perform magic, slowly faded away. His hands were moving towards his face automatically, covering his eyes, filling it with more darkness. When Ovid regains control of his hand, he pulled it away from his eyes.
Tears fell onto a baseball that was lying before him.
However those tears were full with joy and excitement.
Ovid then took the ball and brought it with him as he went back to the Academy.
“You made us worried Ovid. Do you not know you still need to pass the exam tomorrow? In which you will be fighting someone else who is also showcasing their skills.” The doorkeeper said showing some concern towards Ovid.
“Sorry, I had you worry about me. I just needed time alone to think about what skills I would use in the exam.” Ovid replied in a nervous tone but tried to hide his nervousness with a smile.
The doorkeeper grunted then sighed. Knowing Ovid and that he is powerful but so powerful he is not able to control it. He would always burn all of his energy before he could do anything. “Good luck” the doorkeeper said.
