Okay, so, my character just got approved (golemgirl28). :3

I'm looking for someone to RP with! A Battle or a Quest would be good, either sounds fun. ^^

Now, I think I saw a thread somewhere when I was first looking around the site about Scara Brae or how they're trying to have quest plot things there...>>; I don't remember exactly what it said. But it looked like that was the place I can go and I can't find it anymore.

Oh well! Anybody up for an rp? :D

Hi there! The thread Scara Brae is infact a full board, two below the Registration forum which can be found conveniently here (http://www.althanas.com/world/forumdisplay.php?f=9). The missions and the factions are still under progress, so feel free to take some of the pencilled ideas as your own or come up with your own unique influence on the city - it's there for everyone to get a foothold in Althanas and it's DIY mostly.

I'm forever putting myself out there, if you'll excuse the innuendo, so I'll offer up the characters Ruby La Roux, Abhorrash the Red and Duffy Bracken (Lux Aeterna for his current profile), they're a witty middle aged acting spellsinger, a red mage/knight and a bard/rogue general man about town Zidane from FF9 type - any tickle your fancy?

Hello! Ah, I see. That makes sense. ^^; By "missions and factions" do you mean this employment thread thing (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=18219)? That looks kinda old though. Hmmmm.

Well, let's see. I don't really have any particular ideas for an RP, but I'm looking at the "scara brae, everything you need to know" thread. Maybe something in this 'Goblin Cove' place? Something with goblins might be fun, I've always thought they were were underrated fantasy creatures. Some of them can be cute in a way, too. Plus Angie might not do so hot in a boat/pirate/water style RP. She needs to be on solid ground I think, lol.

But um, if you want to rp, whatever you like is cool! Any of those characters sounds fun. Whichever you prefer. :3 I would definitely like to start a thread with you.

You too, Logan! Maybe all three of us in a thread? I don't really like more than 3 people in a thread but that is a good number. Hooray!

I already put my name in the hat in the other thread, but I get the feeling you're maybe feeling crowded now. It's just not everyday this happens, you see, so we tend to circle new writers like vultures, sans the gnawing on your dead corpse.

Darn. I can't even recover from that by saying we want you alive.

Thanks Ataraxis, that's what I was referring to!

The Goblin Cove is hopefully going to be a full MQ (Mini-Quest, board wide involvement with official story line) in the not too distant future, so it's a good place to start! It could be a precursor/run up thread so when the time comes, Golem Girl can be there on the front line smashing things up :D

I've no objection to Logan too, he's a good guy really ;)

If you've any ideas for the Scara Brae revival thread, or want to PM/discuss via MSN any thing relating to Scara Brae or the site in general, then myself or Logan and I'm sure many of the writers/staff will be only too eager to help!

*breathes deeply* Well, then! I'm impressed! XD Okay, so. ^^; I'm not entirely sure what to do. I would love to RP with all of you! However, at this point during Finals Week I really only have enough time for one thread at a time I think. Otherwise I just feel overloaded and stressed out, and that is not fun. ^^;

I'll just read this Factions and Missions thread and comment on it, shall I? *reads*

Oh a magical school! Hmmm. That might be good. Unseen University? Do I dare hope that this could be a Terry Pratchett reference? :O <3 Pratchett. okay, so that could be good...*continues reading*

Ascent into courtly life? Eh, sounds fun, not my character's thing. *continues reading*

Criminals vs. City Guards? Could feasibly work but that doesn't seem quite like her thing. If I had a Dirty Harry style character I'd totally do that though. LOVE those movies and Clint Eastwood is so attractive.

Right, not that, maybe. Pirates vs. Navy doesn't really work any better. The Goblin Cove thing might be good.

My final verdict IS, however, something to do with this magical school. That makes the most sense given my character, perhaps. I don't know any of your characters, really, but could people somehow fit something into that? Oh I made an AIM for this website (golemgirl28) so people can contact me on there if they want to talk about it. *thumbs up* I'll work on a first post on a thread this afternoon and evening I hope. And then whoever wants to join can join. :3

I was going to toss in an idea, as I'm brimming with them, but seems you're all set (which makes one question why I'm even posting here).
