Hey, I'm pretty new here (Not too new though) and I just wanted to know what rules apply to my character creation. I don't need a link (to the guidelines for new players), as this isn't my first character, but I read a disc. thread which had a lot of things being talked about regarding character approvals. I just wanted to know if I should design my character according to the old rules, or what?

Oh and Nayeli- hopefully we can get a quest of some sort going, possibly the Duel or Nought mission off the BoA in Scara... I don't plan this character to be a green-skinned Inari, but I wanted him to be more of an alien lifeform (mostly humanoid features, except his green skin). His shape would fit well as a goblin-tribes champion... Lemme know
