Recruiting for Scara Brae Stuff

I wanted to assemble a crew of super hero-ish people to put an end to the criminal underworld of Scara Brae. This could be a string of quests or just one, though I'd perfer several. Any takers? or ideas?

I currently have a plot line in mind similar to "Sin City," as I would like these stories to be set in kind of a darker setting.

Edit: Or a battle of equal darkness, if anyones down!
