After a decade of wait, one of the greatest fighting games (although completely unbalanced) is hitting PS3 and 360.

From the trailer it looks like confirmed characters are Ryu, Wolverine (big shockers there, huh?), Iron Man, Morrigan, Hulk and...

Chris Motherfucking Redfield. The star of Resident Evil 5 is coming to the fighting game engine in all his boulder punching glory.

Also judging from the characters shillouheted above both logos, I can only assume that they're adding Deadpool to the mix too.

This fight is going to be why God created PS3.

Is anyone else as Beast Mode about this as I am?

Well, Capcom has stated that it's going to try and stuff as many characters in as possible while still maintaining a good came.

Diss, it was a quadfecta. Setinel, Storm, Magneto and Doom, though I believe the fourth is up for debate.

I don't know their names... but those are werewolves, succubi, Frankenstein on the Gibson guitar, the creature from the lagoon on steroids, little red riding hood with an Uzi, Edward Scissor Hands as a Chinese girl, a gundam, an oni samurai, the pharaohs sarcophagus now animated into a fighting machine, the devil, and two priest who are WAY out of their league. Yes, by that picture alone I would love to play a game with ALL of that!

Eh the Darkstalkers games are alright, not aged that well though, fighting games are one of the few who suffer badly from years going by. Just a bugger they dislike bringing the guys into the cross-overs, would be fun to use Talbain(The were-wolf) and Lord Raptor(The british punk zombie) again.

I think the newer version Vampire Stalkers 2 (not sure if that is a regional name) is still quality. It might not have gone as well as say, X-Men vs Street fighter, or Marvel vs Capcom, but its pretty close.

If you have an emulator you should give it a go.

Personally I would love to see the Streetwise version of Cody, Hagger and Guy along with Kyle. Streetwise was a great game but sorely underappreciated.

Legends version was in Twhatever Vs Capcom All Stars for the Wii. So he has made a fighting game appearence as well.

X is just kind of lame though, with the exception of the RPG, all the X games fell short for me as X.

More news and confirmations. Among them Dante from Devil May Cry (doesn't say which one, I'm guessing 1) and Deadpool (unsuprising), along with Felicia... oh well. On the amusing side is that they've obviously thought Deadpools attacks, one of them he is said to attack the opponent with his life-bar.

It's worth putting out, apart from the Wolverine origins game, they've yet to get Deadpool wrong in a video game, this shall be great.

All i saw was Dante caring the fucking team, cause RYU and Chris were getting hammered. That and the guy who played the capcom team didn't do a great job pulling in a swapping his team. That's my opinion though, wasn't there.

Dante is beast, he is bad ass, and now I feel suffienctly excited for this game. They better have kept Venom, however. Cause my team would be Venom, Megaman, and Dante. It may suck...but dude...it's win.
