ooc message: so this is my first time evr one an rp forum, ive done lots of rp in person. but ima not very good at this hole putting my ideas on paper(or pc screen) so bare with me. well here it goes.

flower speak level-1: can talk to any color roses. they watch his back and provide some company when lonely
razor thorns level-0: creates rose thorns that he then propells magicly at his foe.(see weapon for detail)
flower power level-0: gains magic strength based on the various flora that suronds him. (ex: in a feild of nothing but flowers and plants hed slithly gain power) this skill however work vise-versa, with out flora cecil is almost powerless(exmaple: when standing at the top of a volcano where no plants are to be seen he can do nothing more then fly about. hoping not to be slain)
fly level-0: uses his glossimer wings to gliude about. he can hoover 3 inches off the ground about as long as one can stand. in addition he can fly 10 feet above the ground and travel about 5 miles before subcoming to fatigue.
lily sheild level-1: using his magics he can beckon forth 1, 5 feet wide-6 foot tall lily. which can absorb 1 blow if placed in front of him/ally (weakness: fire will burn right throught this shield)
herbal heal level-0: can aply flowers to wounds to stop bleeding(effects only the outer layer of skin. and can only be used for wounds that span no more then 4inches in diamitor)
burst of fragrance: i minor skill used to fill the air with the scent of many flowers(usefulness: makes his scent hard to follow)
light fantastic level-0: emits rays of rainbowed light from every poures of his skin, then spread about 5 feet outward. temparaly blinding all in reach.(effect last about 5 mins. blindness wears after 1.)
history
cecil comes to althanas from a world beyond imagination, the rainbow realm. tho almost none can go there or even know of its exsistance, it can been seen clearly by all when the conditions are right. it apears as the bow of colors one sees often after a rainstorm, or in time of joyousness. so few have been here because only a magical spirit can survive in its complex, and diverse terrain. in his world cecil is master of flowers and a supreme suportor on the battle field, his powers to enchant and enpower his allys are matched by none in his home-realm. but alas in order to travel to althanas cecil had to cast aside his incorpareel form an take on one of solidity. and so the rainbow fae was born to althanas. due to the vast diffrences between the worlds many of cecils skill lay untaped, and unavailable to him. nonetheless those he broght with him carry on his reputation: enchanter of the flower, and great aider in battle. here on althanas cecil spends most on his time fine tuning his enchantment skills, hoping to once again be the aptly abled magical force, he is ment to be.
personality
cecil is a kind and gental spirit, he cannot resist the urge to help others. only in rare cercomstance will cecil turn down the chance to show off his colorful magics. this aside to angery him is not hard, harm one of his flora friends and suffer his rainbow wrath. cecil can be seen from far distances but getting close enough for attack is a diffrent story altogether. any and all who have been blessed enough to meet him will mostly like note his giggly nature or his bright and cheery demenor. to see him in battle is an eirry sight, not becuase he is particually frightful, or dangerous, but merely because he faces each obsitcal with a grin. as well un aprearnt unfearingness of death. for to kill cecil would mean his return to his home, wear he undoubtbly would frolic gayly throught the vast fields of flora and fauna of his own creation.
