Anita Orlouge strolled into the bazaar, not an uncommon feat for the girl. She had been asked by her father to pick up a few things for the family. While she got the groceries he had asked for, she still had a free arm to carry some of the more battle-weary equipment Sei needed. While holding a brown bag full of various food stuffs, Anita approached the counter of this particular shop.

"What better place to find something than in 'Morty's Mythical Keep Aways'?" the girl asked to nobody in particular as she looked around. There were various sorts of wards to repel all kinds of things. After her father's involvement in the cel, however, the mystic had requested several particular charms.

As she finally eyes the store clerk, she spoke. "Hi! I'd like precisely three feet of wolfsbane, three feet of mistletoe, some rye, and two vials of mountain ash for sure. After you tally that up, let meknow my total and then I may be interested in some mercury and silver as well."

"It sounds," Esperence cackled, "like someone has a bit of a beastie problem!"

The shopkeep was an older woman, muscled and tanned. She wore hunting leathers and a crossbow strapped to her back, as if she were prepared to defend the shop from any threat at any moment. Of course, for someone who sold monster hunting gear and portents, it could be quite true. Her blue eyes sparkled as she moved behind the counter, opening apothecary drawers and filling small satchels with the required materials.

"Three feet of aconitum, of course, and mistletoe. Full of berries, of course!" She leaned down, taking out a sack. "Five pounds of rye," then paused and looked over to Anita. "Milled or not?" she asked, also adding the vials of Rowan component.

"It'll be 60 gold for all if you want unmilled rye, but 65 if'n you want it milled powder."

[Silence Sei]

Anita thought about the question for a minute. Which rye was said to repel werewolves? Knowing that she had no clue what the difference was, the girl shrugged her shoulders to the well armed cashier. "What the heck, how about both?"

Another bag was produced and placed on the counter. "70 for both, and were ye still interested in the metals?"

[Silence Sei]

Anita, after realizing that the materials her faughter sought after were so cheap, quickly nodded. "I do wish for the metals, if they're not too inexpensive."

[Tshael]

"Well," Esperence said as she thought about it. "it all depends on how much ye need, girlie." Silver was easy to come by, but mercury? Quicksilver was dangerous, and the trouble to get it only amplified the price.

"A few ounces of silver might run ye ten gold, a pound would be closer t'100. Quicksilver, I've got an ounce vial for 400."

[Silence Sei]

"I'll take that ounce vial and the few ounce of silver then!" Anta said as she shifted some groceries around. She removed a bag of gold from one of her bags and placed it on the counter. "Could you count that and tell me if it's enough? My hands are pretty full."

Esperence counted out four hundred and eighty gold, giving the girl back the pouch. After helping arrange all the materials and sending her off, she sat back and thought over the purchases to herself. Some pretty big werewolves were going to be feeling the hurt tonight, if the materials list had anything to do about it. Was such a young girl really such a monster fighting machine? Esperence did always like it when the kiddos took after herself.
