Sei and Anita walked into the weapon smithy, smelling the scent of burning metal upon their noses. Looking at the pyre that had some random person working on some random weapon, the two approached the counter of the weapon smith, and placed his broken-in-half chakram upon the table.
"This chakram was made of steel. Can you repair it?" Anita said with a smile, "Also, how much would it cost to get this chakram and its intact brother upgraded to dehlyn?"

“A request for repairs and a request for an upgrade in metal, quite a good way to start the day.” The muscle bound monster of a blacksmith turned from the traded long-sword he was heating to the new customers. A smile beamed across his broad, soot streaked face. “Better at least then fixing some traded in piece of crap sword.”
He approached his ‘counter’, little more than a table turned sideways with a plank of wood nailed into the legs, and looked over the chakram. “Haven’t seen one of these things in… well… years. Not a simple weapon to make, but a simple fix at least. Fixing it will be 30 gold. Both of them being changed from steel to Delyn… that’s gonna cost you at least 250 gold.”

"Wow.... Really? Only 250?! That's awesome!" The girl was enthused, and looking to her father, she could tell he was satisfied as well, "Well, if that's the case, how about upgrading them to Prevalida? Cuz, you know, that would be total Beast Mode."
((I couldn't resist an opportunity to use 'Beast Mode' IC))

"Skip the crap, I say. When you can, why not?" The blacksmith rubbed his grimy hands on his apron and tapped at a few beads of his abacus. "Getting enough Prevalida to reforge the blades, putting in the time to forge the weapons back to exactly as you have the good one, and all that good stuff... I'd say the two of them together will be about 550 gold to completely reforge and change. Sound good?"

Both father and daughter seemed extremely satisfied with this deal. Neosaim and Ter'Thok would be as good as new, and even better than that. "Deal! the teenage girl shouted as she pulled a coin purse out of the bookbag on her back, and setting it down.
"I'm even going to throw in an extra 50 GP if you can give us the name of a good artist to redesign our battle fans."

"I have a friend who works as a weapon's artisan," the blacksmith said as he took the money. "If you want to have some redesigning done for the artistic aspect of the fans you can head over there. Reworking the weapon and finishing the work will take at least three days. Come back any time around then and you'll be set."

"Sounds good to me!" Anita exclaimed as she grabbed her father by the hand and got fdirections to the artisian friend's whereabouts from the smithy. Within a few minutes they were in a new shop, at a new counter, with all four battle fans laid out upon the counter's surface.
"We need one of these to have a purple jackal standing up like a man, and clothed in long red robes. On the second we need a picture of a man in a black hat, and a black trenchcoat, designed to where the shadow of the hat covers his eyes. The third and fourth we just require a soenma flower to be painted on, adding the words 'Prince Raelyse' to one of them. Is that good?"

The woman behind the counter, Naomi, smiled and flicked her thin hair behind her long elven ears. A century of artistic skill combined with the aesthetic beauty of elven weapons, and she had quickly become well known throughout the Bazaar for her talents. To see two new customers, eager and ready for work, was always a beautiful and tantalizing thing no matter how long she had been working.
"All of that, not overly difficult." She said. Painting was a simple art she had long since mastered. "Etching perfect designs into already forged and loved weapons. That is a difficult thing to attempt. This however," she bobbled her head back and forth while thinking. "I think for all four it would be a quick, simple thing. About 65 gold for all of it. That covers the paint, which I haven't used in quite some time and need to restock, as well as the time going into the details. Give me a day or so, have to have someone make the paint before I can start anything."

"That works!" Anita shouted giddly as she pulled a smalle oin bag from her bag and placed it upon the counter.
