Okay. Here's the deal.

I HATE the three-Viceroy system of Corone. Absolutely hate that three people get to dictate whatever they so choose without anyone else to stop them.

ICly, Sei's not going to stand for this, so while he has the Knights to back him, he's not going to ask them for their help.

He's going to form a second army. The People's Republic Of Universal Diplomacy, or PROUD.

This army is strictly made up of volunteers wishing to see a more of a democracy in the primary Althanas country than anything else. Depending on how we score in the series of quests I'm setting up, we will either Get our Republic, or the Viceroys will stay in power and Sei will become a wanted man. The thing is, I can't just do this with an army of volunteer NPCs.

I need a head count for who would be with Sei on this endeavor. If you feel your character would join, but you yourself don't have the time as a writer, then I'd like to ask permission to do minor bunnying if needed on your character. I'll keep it classy and to a minimum, but if someone like Letho was in the army, but Letho couldn't write for his character, that would have to be something to mention (that was an example, Letho has not agreed or disagreed to join, as an offer was never made).

Who's in for changing the politics of Corone?

Sorry. Visla hates forced acronyms more than she likes freedom.

My wizard Xos came from a democratic society on his homeworld. He'd be all for spreading a government by the people, for the people, and from the people. His wife goes and does what he does, so she's up for it.

Esmerelda would be willing to help out. Heck, she'd make a perfect spy.

Nightstalker would be willing to help, if it could be proven it was in his better interests.

Rahegalhoff would want to help, but in order to secure his help, you would have to prove that not only is the current regime corrupt and unjust, but that the replacement Sei has in mind, would not become corrupt and unjust, in its own time.

If you don't mind the evil inherent in the character, I'd love to sign up. This would fit well with Lawrence taking a nice large chunk out of Corone. I like politics, and I'd love to set up a coup. If you need a spy/assassin, you've got one here.

Not to say that he should succeed without real contest, treachery would be a great spice to this story.

Well in our current thread Sei, Lucien offers his service in return for info involving finding him a way home, if he doesn't jump ship back to Arkon he might help make your troops slightly more menacing with his illusions, although Carnage would not join, he likes corruption. Actually now that I think of it I can use your war for my own purposes....

Well so far we have 3 yeses and a fourth if we change the acronym to not be an acronym possibly.

Anybody else want to fight for freedom and the Althanian way?

i think i'd be interested. I'd like to finish my current solo before you begin using my character, for spoiler reasons, but otherwise, it sounds perfect =)

I'm interested in the possibility of reshaping the politics of Corone. Assuming that this series of quests takes place after 'Dynamite Rave', Zerith would be more than willing to help Sei in any way he could.

Though I may not to be able to write fairly regularly in the future (depending on work schedules) You also have my permission to bunny Zerith as necessary.
