Kyla and Anita entered the shop, giggling at the large man behind the counter. The shop was a tiny place, stuck right in the middle of the block, as though someone added it where an alley was meant to go as an afterthought. It had two small window, through which the girls saw all sorts of funny gizmos. The name of the place was very cleverly called 'Lydia's Tricks and Treats'. Kyla couldn't help but look at Anita and say "I really hope that's not Lydia." They browsed the shop for a few minutes, then approached the counter.
"I need 10 rolls of duct tape. A quart of blue paint--that should do it, don't you think Anita?"
"Oh please, all you need is a couple ounces, they aren't that big."
The girls giggled.
"Oh well, make it a quart. Five feet of plastic wrap. Three buckets. A feather pillow. Two dozen eggs. A chip can with fake snakes in it. A spring loaded boxing glove. Five Rats. A pen that will write on the rats. A box of flour. A blowdryer. A ball of string. A guide to basic hypnosis. A mask made of velcro. 39 Tennis balls.... Am I forgetting anything Anita?"
"Sounds good to me. Best day ever!" Anita held her hand out to give her sister a high-five. Kyla quickly returned the gesture, before wiping away the last of the tears she would cry for Jensen Ambrose.

Ah, the curse of having a mother whose sense of humor was just as weak as her maturity. Poor, massive Lydia watched the women wander. They were cute, but seemed to have a specific item they were interested in. The trick and treat shop was one meant for the entertainment of anyone, with a slew of random smaller items that were all but impossible to find in a professional shop. It was a small niche that Lydia had found to squeeze into, one that he had found fit well enough into the general hub of the Radasanth marketplace – much less the tiny alley that had once opened where his small shop was quickly built.
“A pen that writes on rats? I wasn’t aware that there was a pen that didn’t write on rats?” The large man laughed and approached the counter. The two women’s list for shopping was not nearly as specific as he had previously thought. “Welcome to the trick and treat shop of Radasanth, the only place to get your fun in the Bazaar. I’m Lydia; laugh all you want I’m used to it.”
Lydia smiled and looked under the counter for some of the items on the list. “I’m not sure what a blowdryer is, but if it’s anything for something to blow air… I do have an old fan from Akashima. If you just wave it back and forth is blows air and dries! The rest, other than the rats, I have scattered here and there. If you look behind you you’ll see the paint, tennis balls, bag of flour, and buckets. I’ll go gather the rest from the back.”
Lydia went to the back to scrounge through his bags of goods, wondering what in the world the two girls were planning with such a huge list of assorted things. When he returned he unloaded his arms on the counter with the goods the girls wanted, including a small trap with six rats he had caught just the other day from the storeroom. It was a trying place to work, in an alleyway, the rats still considered it their romping grounds. “All of this together, I’d take 70 gold for. It’s small things, I know, but some of this is hard to come by. You know how tricky it is to catch a rat that doesn’t want to be caught?”

The girls gathered the items from the front of the shop, while the shopkeep gathered the rest. "I feel kinda bad, I really didn't think his name was Lydia." Kyla whispered to her sister. "It kinda suits him now that you know though, huh?" Anita whispered back. The girls again burst into a fit of giggles and approached the counter. Each of their arms were piled high with tennis balls and the other assorted goods. Kyla was pleasantly suprised at the total, and quickly placed her money on the counter.
"I really appreciate it sir!" Kyla smilled at the man.

"Not a problem at all," Lydia said with a brutish grin. If he had been any other man on Althanas, full of macho potential and lacking in the ability to shrug off offense, he would have put in a request to change his name long ago. As it was, the large man more than made up for his feminine name. "Thank you for your time, and of course your money! If you, or anyone you know, wants to have a bit of fun and mischief feel free to come to Lydia's Tricks and Treats!"
Completed. Amber Eyes loses 70 gold and gains a crap ton of random stuff!
