Ruby haughty strolled into the habidashery and Lady's armoury of Croupin & Lyle with the sort of smile that delivered intent with malefic meaning. She, like every other customer of this and similar establishments knew exactly what it was they required from the proprietor, and there was one thing said owner would not tamper with - a woman scorned and deprived of the latest and most fashionable items of metallic clothing.

"Good afternoon," she said dutifully with a smattering of middle-town Scara Braen floating over her usual drawl. "I am searching for something along the lines of this design, in steel, or mithril - something lightweight all the same." She placed a rough sketch she had preferred Lisa and Minella to take care of when they got a 'free' moment, whatever that meant.

It detailed Ruby, looking snobbish, in a hauberk of stern and striking plates with a floral Bassett and a double lavish leg plate arrangement to carry a small short sword and deflect minor blows to the torso.

The shopkeep was a man with glasses nearly falling off of the tip of his nose. When he noticed the troupe enter the building, issuing requests to him, he lightly smiled to the red-headed leader of the bunch. "Certainly, certainly ma'm. It'll be about 600 GP to fufill your request. Such a full suit of protection, especially given your..."

The man intentionally coughed to try and clear his throat. He brought both of his hands around his chest before he spoke again. "...particular requirements."

"Wonderful, just wonderful," Ruby proclaimed, biting her lip to contain her enthusiasm for the offered price. She was so condoled she did not attempt to haggle, or to apply her 'wares' to the man's mettle.

"I would like this," she unclipped Wainwright's Heart from about her neck and dangled it carefully into her left palm," woven into the belt structure of the suit, and for the bone and flower ornamentation on the armour to be as condensed as possible, so damage is easy to repair.

"If you can do this," she placed the relic on the counter, "then six hundred gold is yours for the taking!"

"I'm slightly offended you would mock my craft, mam," the shopkeep said, pushing his glasses up, "Such a request is easy for a masterwork craftsman such as I."

Hequickly snatched the item out of the red haired vixens hands, turning around as he snatched the paper. "Come back in one hour, and it shall be done."
