A small brown house, little more than a shack really, was tucked away down one of the Bazaar's least travelled backstreets. Everything about the small establishment was outdated, save a freshly painted sign of green an gold that read "Packard's Sundries and Alchemy".

Dusk was fast on approach and a meek creature picked a path through the shadows and through the alleys and lanes behind the multitude of other shops in the merchant colony.

Sickly yellow skin and patches of course brown fur covered the creature as he refferenced the dog-earred paper that was his shopping list. It picked at a scab on its pointed chin as it sounded out the letters to make sure all the items were clear, before making its way through the rickety front door of the shop.

No bell chimed - if there ever was one, it had been broken for decades. The only people who knew of the small building were those of magical mind and those who had come by the knowledge through bar-room tale swapping. It was musty, dusty, grimy and almost seemingly abandoned. The goblin began looking about the store with thoughts of theft and keeping the respectable ammount of coin its master had given it to pick up supplies, but before it could act larsonously, an elderly hermit in his bedshirt made his way out of the back and took his place at the counter adjusting his spectacles.

The goblin, neverous, set down a collection of dust-caked crystal beakers and closed its pack.

"Er-herm. Yis, I is Hodder. I wunt, some tings fer meister. Hims sent me here fer to shopping with you, so I buy! Yis? Er-herm," the creature cleared its throat loudly, the sound of phlegm sloshing around in its throat was prevailent. "So sorry. I try again. I... wunt to buy tings, for master. Him's give me list, and I give to you. Here, see?"

The minimally educated little beast turned over a small list of what appeared to be alchemy supplies.

Hodder, pick up these supplies and do not deviate from the list, or else.

That is all.

The goblin looked up at the human merchant with hopeful eyes.

The shopkeep looked at the rather steep list, shaking his head to the creature when he finished.

"The desk in and of itself would be around 50 GP. That amount of beakers would be at least 20. A lockbox that requires a key can range from 10 to 50, dependent on the size. The trunk would be at least 100. The parchment, ink, and quill will only be 30 for the whole bundle, those things are pretty cheap. Two gorma herbs would be 40 GP. I'll only charge you 8 GP for the grass water and roses, though they'll have to be used or given fast given that their our lowest quality ingredients. Thread and twine is 1 gp per foot, and I'll throw in 2 rags for free. As far as the onyx gems, all I have for that price are two small orbs about the size of a child's bouncy ball."

The shopkeep paused for a moment, crunching all the numbers in his head once more. When he was satisfied about the end result, he nodded.

"I'm looking at about two-eighty total. Will that work for you?"

((Sorry for the delay, I'm waiting for a quest to clear so I'll have enough money to afford my purchases))
