The problem is that the insult has multiple edges, and multiple shafts, to give. Yes, there are multiple facets to its offensive nut-busting power among them: suggesting that the greaser has gonorrhea, that the wife has gonorrhea, and that the offender is responsible by having transmitted the disease sexually... But it still makes Johny here admit he has gonorrhea.

Its not clean, its not perfect, but the judo throw at the end gives it a point for establishing dominance. 7/10.
