Looks like Revenant's our big winner with the Take5 style.

That said, I've added all the styles to the site. It looks like Take5 and Darkness ported over just fine. The only thing that is missing are the edits to the navbar above that include links to the Althanas Chat and Althanas Handbook. In the next couple of days I'll be making edits to the appropriate templates so that the bar above looks like the one on the default skin.

Parchment did not port properly (it was created on an older version of vB). The only major issue I can see is the navbar images are too short so the lighter background does not contain all the links it should. This is easily fixed, but I don't have a good photo editing program to do it. If anyone wants to take the three images (navbar-left.jpg, navbar-middle.jpg, and navbar-right.jpg) and make them about a centimeter longer I'll give them 100 GP. It's just a "resize" image bit and should take you all of two minutes with the right program. Paint is too dumb to figure it out (or maybe I am), and it's all I've got.

In practice, I really like Darkness more than anything. White text on this dark gray background is very easy on the eyes and gives the site a sleek look. I like the slightly lighter sorta dark brownish style of the accompanying boxes like the one that contains the avatar/profile info/etc and the light brown that's with the links.

Take5 actually reminds me of a different issue, namely that the resolution for the Reply to Thread interface (when you click Go Advanced) is really small. The posting box takes up maybe the center 1/2 of my monitor. Is it 800x600 or something? I think even netbooks use larger resolutions nowadays. Either way, everything is squished to the middle and while it's fine for making posts sometimes, it's really inconvenient for editing.

So in terms of Take5 itself, it suffers from the same problem. Most, if not all, people who browse this site with it will see everything squished toward the middle.

Like I said though, I love Darkness. If we could get the top and bottom bars to be Althanas-themed it would be the bees knees.

Why does "Darkness" have a banner up on top from like Call of Duty or something? Just seems out of place. I'm sticking with Default, though. Used it for far too long to change it now.

That's what I'm talking about. Who made the old Althanas logo? Serilliant? And before that, was it Santhalas? I can't believe I have no idea.

Yeah, new banner for the Darkness theme! I love the theme but I've had to train my eyes to slide around the banner without noticing it. :p
