Normally I wouldn't bother with a public thread when I take leave, but recently more and more users have referred to me as the "most active mod" so I figured ya'll deserved a heads up at least.

The balance in between my life, writing on althanas, and working on althanas is not a happy one. It's getting to the point where I spend more time than I want to on althanas, and most of it is spent working behind the scenes or assisting members via PM or IM. Because of that I'm beginning to feel resentment towards people who don't deserve it. Rather than attempt to forcibly modify my mood and behaviour, I'm simply removing the cause.

As of about five minutes ago I officially posted leave from all active duties. I'll still be writing (including the mission board threads I joined in Underwood), but my goal is to make all of the time I spend on Althanas "writing time". Hopefully a week or so of this will be enough to make me feel optimistic about this site again.

So does that mean someone else is going to take over the RoG profiles you started looking at? If so, who do I need to redirect my discussion to?

Please redirect to me for your profile for all your RoG needs. I said behind the scenes and I will here as well. Numbers I will hold the fort down until your return.

Look forward to working with you all. I will redouble my efforts to appear more often to hasten your RoG expierience

Ah. So the animosity has begun to sink in and spread roots. Congrats. In about a month you'll be able to cash in your yearly public freakout. In about a year you get a mug with the word Althanas on it. However, chances are after all the shit you've been swallowing, you'll probably be more inclined to throw it at a moving car before trying to drink out of it. So there's that.

Anyway, have fun on vacation from the company by frollicking through the company store, using the company wares and mingling with fellow peons. I'm sure it'll take your mind off of it.
