Reader's Guide to Althanas

[Breaker]

This thread will seek to catalogue the exploits, endeavours, and other stories of all Althanas Player Characters. It will provide a handy resource for members and guests who are looking for something to read, or to learn more about specific characters.

The posts in this thread will be strictly moderated. Each member may only make one post per account in this thread. Also, to balance things against activity, you may only post with additional accounts as the number of posts hits double digits. Once there are 10 posts in this thread, (for example) I could post a placeholder with my alt Otter Guy, and again with another when the post count reaches 20, and again at 30, make sense? I will delete any posts that do not adhere to these conditions.

This brings me to the placeholder... basically I feel that getting to have your main account's timeline on the first page here should be a first-come first-served thing, not a reflection of who has already catalogued all their links. If you wish to reserve a spot on the first page, post the word "placeholder" here. This post is my placeholder :P

Here's a recommended format that will make this reader's resource user friendly if followed by all. Keep in mind you can always add more links later.

Thread Name (with link)
Username and names of co-authors (if any)
Real-time date of start and completion (example summer 2008 - winter 2009)
Region(s) and Synopsis (less than 200 words) of storyline (no spoilers please)

Note: if you wrap [center] tags around your text as the International has done, it looks wicked.

Feel free to include little blurbs in between your threads' synopses and next link as necessary. Try to put them in rought chronological order, and only include the works you really feel proud of. For example from my thread The Enchanter's Children to my thread with Polk Death and Taxes the blurb might say something like: Joshua left Salvar and contemplated his life on Althanas during a long sea voyage back to Corone. Only a bit longer. I may eventually use the data here to build some semblance of a chronological timeline.

If you have a question, include it in your placeholder and I will edit the answer in to your post.

I'm doing this in IC order, which isn't necessarily the same as the real time order. After the Three Ouellets, I went back in time to develop the ensemble that is the Villeneuve Family. I hope that's okay. I also hope it's alright that three out of four of these threads aren't yet complete, but two of them are within four posts of completion.
