I'm back and I'm trying to get reestablished. I need a few favors from the people of Althanas. First of all, I need some feedback, and possibly an alternate judging on one of my threads.

First off all I'm doing a solo on my new account "Insanity's call" and would love feedback. I also want feedback on my current solo "Same old grind"

What do you guys think?

According to Mythbusters, it's actually more efficient to start running as you normally would than "hit the ground running". The impact slows you down too much. Just putting that out there. :P
