I will be constructing this character as if he were at Level 2. I'll jump on with the account whose EXP I'd like to sacrifice and post a confirmation of that.
NAME: Frederick "The Scarecrow" Engel
AGE: 32 under normal circumstances
RACE: Ordinary housecat; formerly human
GENDER: Male
HAIR COLOR: Pitch black
EYE COLOR: Left one's red, right one's blue
LENGTH: 18 inches from nose to tail
WEIGHT: 8 pounds
LANGUAGE: Tradespeak, beast tongue
OCCUPATION: Once was a highwayman, now a harborer of malcontent and chaser of small animals
PERSONALITY:
Abrasive, sarcastic, and generally unlikable; Frederick is a cat who is consumed by pride and arrogance. Always quick with a venomous comment towards his enemies, a snide quip to those he looks down upon (read: everyone), and a smooth line to assist his way into the bedroom of a fine lass. It was fitting that his mind and soul were transferred into the body of a cat; Frederick is a naturally sneaky, crafty being. He stalks Corone with an air of indifference, caring only for himself. When faced with a situation he cannot talk himself out of, Frederick will always be the first to strike.
APPEARANCE:
Frederick is currently running around inside the body of a completely black house cat. His only defining characteristics are his eyes; his left eye is blood red, and his right eye is a royal blue hue. Frederick also wears a simple leather collar around his neck that has three emeralds set into it.
HISTORY:
I'll detail this in a solo quest.
SKILLS:
Speech: Frederick can, against the laws of nature, speak both the languages of men and those of animals without a problem. Even he is unsure how, and he doesn't care.
Feline senses: Frederick has heightened senses of smelling, seeing, and hearing; equal to 2.5x those of an ordinary human. And yes, he is partially colorblind--he cannot distinguish shades of red from any other colors.
ABILITIES:
Red eye: That cat that was to eventually become Frederick's corporeal form was subject to several magical experiments by its former owner. Both of its eyes are magically-enhanced; his left eye, blood red in its color, contains the ability to summon fire. At this point, Frederick can activate this power to breathe a cone of fire that shoot out 15 feet and has a diameter of 3 feet. This jet can be sustained for 15 seconds before his eye is drained of its power. He can also fire off concentrated balls of fire with a diameter of one foot that disperse after traveling 30 feet. Ten of these can be fired before draining his eye of power.
Blue eye: By activating his right eye, Frederick is able to shoot a more precise, three-inch diameter beam of absurdly-cold energy with the capabilities of instantly freezing water and inducing frostbite on any living tissue that is exposed for longer than ten seconds. Unfortunately, due to the immense power this ability commands, Frederick is only able to sustain the beam for eight seconds before his eye is completely drained of power. A short burst from this cold beam will still cause a painful burning sensation and will likely leave a mark.
A note about the eye magic: As Frederick calls upon the eyes for their magical abilities, he loses eyesight in that particular eye. When he spends all of the energy, that eye will go blind for him until the magic can be recharged. It will take roughly five hours IC'ly to fully recharge an eye's magic.
Cat-like reflexes: Frederick lucked out when his fateful roadside meeting went astray; this particular cat is 1.5x as fast and agile as a regular cat.
Emerald collar jewels: By accident, Frederick found out that the collar he wears will grant him the power to poison his adversaries. By activating one of the small emeralds embedded in his collar, he can inject a small amount of poison into anything he bites or scratches. The poison will cause an intense, painful burning sensation, as if their skin were being lit on fire. This effect will last for five minutes IC'ly, but will only take effect if the attack can draw blood.
