Name: Scriben Larshdok
Age: 23
Race: Thyranian
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Glowing White
Height: 5' 3"
Weight:120 lbs.
Occupation: Warrior Mage
Personality:
Scriben is a silent person. He acts fast and calm in dangerous situations, and , quite frankly, does not get along well with others. Do not, however, be fooled by his cool, reserved attitude. If faced with a threat, he never underestimates his enemies. He will do anything to overpower his foes, even if it means exausting all of his rescorces.
Appearance:
Scriben has long brown hair that goes down to his eyebrows. His eyes glow, much like LED white lights. Being a Thyranian, he is somewhat short and very thin. The most unique trait, howerver, is that his skin changes colors according to his surroundings. It isn't like camoflauge, though. Instead of hiding, his skin color changes to show his enemies where he is, and that he is not afraid. His skin is always a dark shade of the color it is.
Skills:
Aside from magic, Scriben is more of a Jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none sort of guy. He wants to become a swordsman, but he doesn't have the time. He can also use summoning magic, the rarest kind in his race. He can summon elements, such as fire, ice, earth, ect., and creatures that he has last defeated. This is the only thing he masters.
Abilities:
Scriben isn't very strong. He mainly uses his magic to fight for him, so he doesn't generally need brute strength. Like I mentioned in the 'Skills" section above, he is very good at summoning magic. For most Thyranian mages, this is a hugely difficult task. He can only summon wind, water, and fire, however. With his wind magic, he can summon a small gust of wind to trip enemies, retreive faraway items, ect. With his fire, he can send small fireballs to burn his enemies. With his water, he can send waterballs at someones face to drown them, or turn it into ice and hit them with that. When he uses too much magic, however, he becomes exausted to the point of passing out, so his abilities are definately limited in that way. Also, he can only summon. He can't control minds or anything else.
Equipment:
Scriben uses Warrior mage weapons and armor, which souds all great and fancy, but they're only made of steel. His armor is a deep blue that, in the light, looks red. For the moment, it is only regular armor, but he hopes to get it enchanted later, for he can only summon, not enchant. If he does get it enchanted, it will reflect spells back on the user. It is a full body armor, that covers everything but his face. His sword, his only weapon at the moment, is red that turns blue in the light. It is one of the sharpest swords in Thyran, but he rarely uses it unless he uses up all of his magic.
Companion:
Though Scriben prefers being alone most of the time, he does have a demon companion. It's name is, ironically, Nebircs. Unfortunately, Nebircs is invisible, and only Scriben can hear him. When Scriben talks to him, he gets odd looks from the townsfolk, so he talks quietly, so that nobody can hear him. He met Nebircs in Radasanth.
History:
You are probably expecting some tragic backgroud in which his family was murdered, he grew up on the streets, and ate rats. If that is what you are looking for, sorry for the dissapointment. Scriben had a good life, with a rich family, and he always got what he wanted, though he didn't want much. He grew up being the best at everything, so he expected it would always be that way. He stopped practcing anything but magic, untill he mastered summoning and sucked at just about anything else. He learned his lesson, and he practices now, but he still regrets his past ignorance. He always wanted to be a mage, so when he got the opportunity, he accepted it the responsibility at once. His dreams of becoming a mage is the only thing that made him practice magic so often, and nothing else. Although Scriben now regrets not practicing other things, he is grateful that he kept practicing summoning, for that is the only thing that keeps him alive today. Knowing how ignorant he was as a child, when he got everything, makes him spend money like it is his last bit. He never holds on to money very long, because he actually fears becoming rich. While the rich folk laughed at him and acted foolishly, Scriben just told them that they are the reason for his hatred of ever being rich. He is quiet, not because he is mentally scarred, but because he is constantly analyzing his surroundings. He always knows where he is, what is going on, and if there are any enemies nearby. In his training to become a mage, he was taught how to do this witout the need for magic. all he has to do is pay attention to the way people act around him and look for signs telling exacly where he is, and he does this without even knowing it. It's become a well developed habit now. When he traveled to Radasanth, he heard of a mistic named Sei, and plans to meet him soon.
Well, this is my character and I hope you like it. Bye!!!!
