Hey I'm new to this kind of thing. I'm just waiting on my character to be approved and I should begin writing soon after that. I write stories all the time and am looking to get better at it and to try out writing with others (Other than the person i usually write with.)

I discovered the site as i was looking for a site to write on and this one was by far the best one that I was able to find. I can't wait to start writing and working with others as well. I'm glad also that everyone is nice and welcoming on here. I was a little worried about joining a site at first, but so far everyone has been really nice and informative.

If you don't mind a suggestion (and a shameless plug for our upcoming feature ;)), why don't you check out the Vignette Tournament? I'll be releasing some more information on it this weekend, and it'll start next Monday. It'll give you an excellent opportunity to test the water, and you'll be able to see several of our writers in action.
