Activity is a stipulation now so that the awards go to people who have actually been doing stuff rather than some name on the roster that's only posted twice since they registered. Unfortunately, while that person has signed in recently, they have not actually been active. If you look at the posts, you'll see that the last post was 2010. The idea is that this is the most original character of 2011 not over the history of the site. He does not qualify. Sorry. :(

Plus, someone named Metzger has been used as an NPC for your Saxon account. Probably not the same Metzger, I know, but you likely re-used the name as a new character or something.

It doesn't make sense for you to hide such a benign fact, so I'm just honestly confused here.

It doesn't make sense because I'm not hiding anything. The owner of the character I wanted to work with with Liam because I have a schtick for contemporary folklore and having my Irishman hunt a vampire gave me a lore hardon. I've also used the name metzger before because it seemed appropriate.

I do like your speculation, though.

Metzger translates to butcher in German, so it was just a case of both of them being unoriginal, which is ironic given this thread.
