----
Appearance: Uzriel is a tall, slim figure, often shrouded by his black cloak and hood. His steel plate-mate armor covers his chest, forming the impression of a muscular build. The plates cover the standard Peck, Ab, and Shoulder format, but lack much other protection. Bracers overlap his wrapped forearms, which are covered in a white bandage-like material. A clasp on his cloak lies just to the left of where his throat and chest meet, which bears an odd symbol. His legs are clothed in slim, black, leather pants, with a single metal plat on each leg covering his thigh. He wears black boots, with metal soles.

Personality: Serious, quiet, and classy, Uzriel makes many friends, and has a sense of charisma rare in such a quiet person. He thinks carefully about all things, and is cold and calculating in most situations. Some things do get under his thick skin, however.

Weapon: He carries two twin blades, both of his own design, and made of a odd metal known by few, but similar to steel. One lays horizontally in a seathe across the small of his back, and the other dangles at his left. He also has two daggers, on on each shoulder. The knives are standard, 2' blades, and the swords are each about arms length.

Skills:
Trasmutation/Metalcraft: Uzriel is able to create intricate objects out of the simplest of materials, with only a base understanding of it's atomic structure, so long as it has some basic metallic properties. For example:
* A lump of rough ore <--> A sword
* A sword <--> A mace
* A shield <--> A pile of arrowheads.

This ability allows him to manipulate metals almost instantaneously, where other materials take longer. However, transmutation requires at least brief physical contact, and the material must be known to him. The transmutation must also be consensual, otherwise the effects will be almost nullified. The new object must also be made of the same materials as the original one. So, he cannot turn wood into stone, nor air water into oil. (He focuses almost completely on metals anyway, and is pretty bad at other transmutations.)

Arcobatics: Uzriel is agile, fast, and is able to jump and twist in ways many untrained people could not. His feet also fall quieter than most others.

Advanced Swordplay: Uzriel can use twin blades to whirl and slice into his enemies, and has trained in sword-fighting since a young age. His movements are swift and precise, and his arms are strong.

History:
Uzriel was born deep in Concordia, to a High Elven mother, and a Dark Elven father, Axorn, who was a rather decent mage. The family lived in a small Township-like area, where Uzriel was trained since a young age to become a treasure-hunter, like his father. However, his total inability to use most forms of magic frustrated his Axorn to no end, so he stuck the child working forges with the town smith. There, he found his ability to shape metals, and Uzriel trained with his Axorn almost religiously, both hoping to make some sort of living in the cities, as they were discontent with the small town life.

Uzriel and his father worked on the craft for some 20 years, by which time Uzriel was almost 40. After so much practice and experimenting, the Mishrana duo began to press the limits. Axorn craved for more power, and Uzriel wished to see how far he could go with his powers. So, the two started a project to create something that could enhance their powers tenfold. Uzriel, happy with the outcome, quit the project, but his father's lust for power had only began to grow.

As desire turned into obsession, Axorn abandoned his family life to perfect the design. Uzriel tried his hardest to stop him, but to no avail. This continued for a few years, until Axorn had finally descended into madness. In a twisted epiphany, he initiated an experiment that would destroy everything. Uzriel, who had been away with his childhood sweetheart, had come back to a burnt town, with nothing left but charred corpses. Looting his family's home for evidence, found the remnants of the project he and Axorn had worked on. Fairly unshaken, he fled the town with a eerie calmness, leaving his old friend and dead family behind, and never looked back.

Uzriel has since been wandering from city to city, thieving, smithing, and looting to make what money he can. He will occasionally do treasure-hunting jobs for clients not wanting to risk their lives.... for a fee.

Just one thing you need to fix, then you're set to go. The Transmutation/Metalcraft needs some restrictions before I can approve it. You should only be able to transmute basic woods and metals up to steel, and it should take at least a couple of seconds to do what you mentioned in the second example. And also, transmuting anything in possession of another character should be done with their consent. This is so you don't go around turning people's sword into scrap metal with a single touch.

That is all.

The ability is pretty much restricted to metals anyway, and seeing as its a level 1 character... Yeah, a sort of permission should probably be required. I'm sure I can think of some IC reason why its not possible.

Editing it up now.
