On that new day, a Quorum Thread will be opened by myself for the two Power Group Leaders to discuss their resources and battle stratagems and pick what battles they'd like to partake in.

IF YOU DO NOT POST WITHIN THIS THREAD YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE WAR.
