Level 0 [0 EXP] <----------------



How do you update your experience? I've received 100 exp, but my profile says 0 exp. How and where do I update it?

Enigmatic Immortal receives 1300 exp and 200 gp

Lavinian Ambition receives 400 exp and 200 gp

Second Place -Itera receives 200 exp and 175 gp

Revenant receives 500 exp

We only have one experience editor at the moment, and he's been having a rough time with real life stuff. Your experience will be added, we promise.

Also, you start off with 100 GP upon profile approval.

You cannot update your own experience. One of the moderators does that for everybody. I usually do the updating when things pile up a bit, so I have to apologize for not updating yours yet. I'll try to get to it today.

As for gold, you start off with 200GP. You can see the amount of gold you have in your profile page (http://www.althanas.com/world/member.php?16226-TheOnlyGhost) under GP.

When you have a thread judged, do you earn experience AND GP? Or do you have to choose which one you prefer? Or is it randomly decided when it is judged?

Also, can you request to win weapons/armor etc instead of the exp/gp, as long as the weapon (or whatever it is) is not super ungodly uber powerful?

Based on a series of variables, including the score you get and the length of the thread and your level and so on, you are awarded a certain amount of experience and gold at the end of a thread. You get both.

As for requesting spoils, as we call them, at the end of a thread you are submitting you can make a post listing what you are requesting. Typically, whether you get those spoils depends on whether it makes sense within the story, how well you scored on that story, and whether you are appropriate level. Judges sometimes adjust the spoils if necessary, or if it's very specific, you could talk to them about how to make it work. At the end of the day though, whatever you get as a spoil has to be approved by the RoG staff when you update your character profile at the next level.

FYI to the staff. I wasn't complaining that it wasn't showing up or anything like that, just curious why it wasn't there. I thought I had to do it.

Btw, I feel for the guy that has real life issues or what not. So do I, for doesn't everyone?

Thanks for answering all my questions and concerns. If I think of any, I will definitely ask someone. Other than experience and GP, I literally can't think of anything else, for the rest is pretty much, imo, common sense and rule following. Easy as pie.
