Sorish is walking down the rows of shops in the bazaar. Like everywhere he goes people stop and turn to look at him. He just ignores them and continues down the road till he comes to a blacksmith. Here we go, he thought as he ducked inside.

The place seemed quiet for a blacksmith. The forge was untended and it looked like the shop hasn't seen much business. "Anyone here?" Sorish called out. Suddenly and small child came out from the back and ran up to Sorish. His hands seemed to have calists on them which told him that he's been working for a while.

"A customer, welcome to Joey's Smith! May I help you?"

Sorish looked at this young child then looked around the shop then turned back to the boy, "Is the smith in?"

"Yes," the boy said.

"Where is he?" Sorish asked.

"I'm the smith. My names Joey, so how may I help you?"

He's young but if he is the smith he's good. "I'm looking for someone to make me a 6' steel sword with the word 'Fidesh' on each side. I will also like to use the shavings and workbench to strengthen my own weapons. Is that possible Joey?"

"A six foot sword," Joey exclaimed. "That's huge!" The young smith stopped for a moment, rubbing some soot from his forehead as he examined Sorish's large frame.

"I suppose I could do that for you, though even at your size it's going to be heavy. But I'm too pro to leave much in the way of shavings from my work. Also, I don't really like it when amateurs use my shop. Perhaps I can work on your armor after I'm done forging your sword?"

I doubt this child knows how to harden coral. It is a trick that only Coralians know. "Ametuer! I just can't make swords from metal." He said pulling out his 6' long coralian sword to show him. "I made this baby when I was young. Coralians have a special process for making their weapons and armor. We cut the shape out of the coral then start to harden it using ground up pieces of metal. The strength and density of the metal determines the strength and density of the material. So if I was to harden it with iron the material will become the same strength and density of Iron. If steel then the strength and density of steel. So on and so forth. I just require a bench to work at and the shavings that will definitely come from you carving the word into the steel sword. Go ahead and take you'll find it is true."

"Amateur?" The indignation in Joey's voice was apparent. "Amateur?!"

The young smith scrambled up to the dusty counter Sorish was standing next to, and despite still being a foot beneath the Coralian's face, stuck a finger up at the warrior. "Listen Mr. Whoever-You-Are, I've been running this shop since I was just a kid. I don't care what fancy technique you've got for your fancy sword, I've got more talent in my little finger than you've got in your entire body and this is my shop." Joey jumped off the counter, having finished his rant.

"I'm not sure if I want to help you anymore, Mr. Rude Person. Though perhaps I'd make your sword if you said sorry," the young shopkeep said, hands on his hips and a glare in his eyes as he waited for Sorish's reply.

"I was yelling at you for calling me an amiteur, I can see by your swords that you are no amiteur." Sorish replied. "but I guess I should just take my business and money elsewhere. Oh well, and I was going to pay for for the use of your workbench too." Sorish turned to leave.

Joey did the worst thing that the twelve year old could think of as the Coralian turned away, and that was to stick his tongue out at the creature. If Sorish wanted to buy something from Joey's Smith perhaps he would show a bit more humility the next time around.

Sorish walked out of the shop thinking, Maybe the kid was right about the blades length? It would be heavy for Korra. he then walked out of the bazaar planning on returning to find a much more agreeable smith.

Nothing bought this time.
