History

-He doesn’t have a name. His memory starts with him seeing a man leaning over him on the ground, the man had long white hair and a long white beard, his face was very old and he smiled. “Success!” he began to say over and over, and then he held up a mirror. In the reflection there was a face. The face was as non-descript as can be, it had no ears, no hair, where eyes should have been there were hollows covered by skin, and skin covered the place where a mouth should be, there was a ridge for where the nose should have been but it was flat just like the mouth and eyes, and the skin was white, very white. At the time the reflection had been frightening, for no memorable reason, and the man continued to smile as though he had expected the reaction. His mouth began to move and through it came sound. It was something the man could do, but the reflection said there could be no sound, because there was no mouth to let it out. The man was saying that he had finally had a success, and he was asking something. What was felt? There was confusion, discomfort from the hard ground, and there was horror from the reflection. The man took the mirror away and the reflection with it, he placed them on a desk nearby.

There are other memories similar to this one, all of them involve the man. The man talked of many things, of memories that were contained in a small sphere, of the need to wear clothes, of how to talk and how to hear, how to see, the names of a great many things. The man showed books, many of them with pictures though some had only writing. The man explained the writing, and then the writing explained a great many more things. The man possessed innumerable books, and the books were written about doubly innumerable things, not one of which was forgotten or skipped. The only thing the man and the books did not tell was the past, the past before the man and the reflection. He said the sphere held those and that it could not be read or made to tell.

Appearance

-Of the face, there is little detail. There are no ears, the mouth is covered by milky white skin, as are the eyes and nose. The head is bald not the hint of hair grows there, or anywhere on the body. The body itself seems to have no holes, genderless, without intake or expulsion, smooth and white. The muscles are strong and toned, the organs are missing or not moving, the blood is stiff and cold. To cover the body, the body has a second skin of cloth, black, that covers completely from the neck down, over which are pants and vest, black, which do not fit so close as skin. The head has a second skin of cloth as well, it covers all of the head and the uncovered part of the neck, over which fits a hat of black that stretches far from the skin with a great disc shape coming out above the socket for eyes.

Weapons

-Blade: A metal made thin and edged, of iron the man says. Three inches edge and three inches no edge, a purpose for each, an edge for cutting and no edge for doing the cutting.

Abilities

-Speed: Normal men are much slower by comparison, even their weapons seem slow. A ranged weapon of normal make from farther than 20 yards will likely miss, so slow it is. Weapons held in hand are slow too, but much closer. The larger weapons that require both arms to use can miss, so slow they are.

Traits

-Without a mouth, the mind must make the sound the flesh cannot. In one-direction a mind will speak its words to another.

-Without ears, a mind must hear what the body cannot. The mind hears what others mean to be heard, the method they use matters not.

-Without eyes, a mind must see what the body cannot. The mind knows things to be, regardless of light times within 50 yards to mind’s direction, but no yards to the other directions.

Items

-Memories: A piece of the mind that is outside the mind, trapped in a sphere without words or speech.

-Gold Coins: Metal coins of the man and his world, kept in a bag and possessing of value.

Speed's a bit over the top, don't you think? Lower that to something reasonable, please!

Being able to detect lies without any kind of possibility for failure is also a bit extreme. The non-hearing pushed me into believing that's what the skill can do.

((I've edited. I only meant that their words would be heard, not their intent, in any language they speak))

Oh, I see!

I still think a 100% dodge of a projectile from farther than 20 yards away is kind of crazy. Put a bit of room for error on Nobody's part, there, just to put my mind at ease.
