Just lost power here in central Massachusetts, and supposedly the worst is going to hit later tonight. The wind has already downed a tree in my neighbor's yard.

I know many of us are located right in the teeth of this thing. Checking in to wish all of you well. Stay safe!

Good luck with your power! I'm expecting the same... went to the beach for a pre-hurricane walk and it was pretty freaking awesome. A huge wave exploded over the breakwater and drenched my car, was glad I was at spectating distance for that.

So yeah, note to Althanas: If I disappear, it's because Sandy stomped my power/internet out. Or I've just committed seppuku over midterms. Either one.

Us I'm also expecting power loss. However. I really haven't been active as I wait for an answer in the bazaar and this writer's block to disappear.
