fire giant

The trip has been the longest he has ever known. 100 years of pushing stones aside in order to reach the surface of Althanas. the heat subsided and the stone quickly turned to the pale brown dirt covering the surface. As a young giant γιγαντιαίαφωτιά had been given the task of creating his sword and sheild. on completing this task he was assigned the job of defender of the giants. Although he had never wished to become a defender. He soon began secretly training to leave the core and head to a new world... The world above.
The dirt turned to stone again. "Dang, and I thought we were getting close to the top." γιγαντιαίαφωτιά said to himself. "just keep digging, we'll be there soon." Next to him γκριφωτιά whimpered softly while digging frantically at the stones. "What is it boy? are we nearing the surface?" γιγαντιαίαφωτιά winded back his fist and swung towards the stone before him. Only one time before has he ever had to do this explosive punch, when he was trying to break the bedrock. The Elders had told him that only this move could keep his entry way open, otherwise he'll be trapped at the surface for the rest of his life. As he broke into the light, screams of terrified citizens broke his eardrums. γιγαντιαίαφωτιά's eye's had to adjust to the scorching light. As his vision cleared, all he saw was running civilians... All but three.

(Since this is your show let me know if I am interpreting this correct. You arrive and there's a big explosion in some town or something right? Are we to assume you are the cause?)
Destruction.
It called to us. There was an explosion in one of the nearby towns and I felt a calling to the mayhem that would soon follow. People were running, some still scorched by the flames. Death was in the air thick, and I could smell it. It smelled sweet, like a burning apple left to sit out a few nights. My people could walk in the day like most sentient races. We just chose not to. The Glorious Light was the bane of my people, but I doubted a Paladin would show up this quickly to a disaster zone. It was the perfect place and the perfect time I could make my presence known. And my people would have their revenge.
The daylight was harsh, and the glaring orb in the sky was like a mask staring down at him.
Furthermore it was hot. Lorenor knew that kind of heat well for it was arcane in nature. He shielded his eyes for a moment as the wind picked up carrying miniscule embers of fire with it. Lorenor had not noticed several other people gathering around what appeared to be the eye of the storm. A source of tremendous elemental energy. Lorenor looked at the flame patron, of sorts, from his distance. His eyes were narrowed, glowing bursts of pure energy. Spider Magi were a truly dangerous lot. He followed the path of a Priest of N'Jal. Lorenor clenched his sword at the handle very tightly as he looked at the flame patron for a long moment. Analyzing, studying. Memorizing size, and mass and all sorts of other small details. With his Fell Intellect, Lorenor was capable of analyzing many problems and learning much faster than most.
Flame lad must be the source of this mess. Too bad I was late to the party...could have used a nice meal. Pity most of them are scorched beyond being able to provide me adequate nutrition.
Lorenor felt heat swirling all around. The wind was scorching, it hurt to breath. The pain was a major turn on, it helped him to concentrate on the task at hand. Lorenor remembered reading the pages of chaos machine; The Necronomicon. One of the dark psalms spoke of a race of powerful Elementals that lurked just beyond the normal sensory capacity of standard Althanians. Spider Magi were far from normal. Clenching the hilt of his weapon tightly, Lorenor walked towards the epicenter of the storm. The closer he got, the hotter it got. I was correct, it is a source of tremendous power. No need to hold back if he becomes an enemy. Lorenor thought to himself as he approached the brave individuals facing the flame patron at the moment. He wondered if they were gonna fight. As he walked he prepared one of his infamous shadow bolts, and focused on the now familiar energy patterns.
As he focused, his hand not clenching the sword began to glow. That fist was clenched as swirling energy cascaded about it. His eyes began to glow as well, fiercely with power. Spider Magi were the physical servants of Althanas's enemy: N'Jal. Spider Magi were as a web and the web was the shield. Spider Magi were as tooth and claw, and the tooth and the claw were as the blade. Lastly, Spider Magi were as a force of nature. Invoking fear and awe where ever they went. Lorenor was one such Spider Magi, a member of a Legion. For they were many. The bastard children of N'Jal. He looked at the flame patron for a long moment as he approached. The other gathered members who were also facing the fellow were of no consequence to him. And once he approached, he studied the creature at length.
"You there." Lorenor suddenly addressed the flame boy. Lorenor spoke with confidence and authority, he was clearly not afraid of the elemental, and had some knowledge of what the fellow was capable of doing. At least some. Lorenor felt power radiating from the elemental and for a moment, considered if the creature was from The Tap. It was a logical hypothesis. Still hanging on to the shadow bolt he was preparing, Lorenor looked at the other fellows that were gathered for a brief moment. They were as moths, gathering around the flame. "You have caused this have you not?" Lorenor had to know. If the flame patron simply agreed that he was the root cause of the crime, Lorenor could attempt to recruit the fellow to the cause of N'Jal. "These other people are of no interest to me. Only you are." Lorenor said carefully. "Depending on your answer, I will allow you to leave this place with your life." Lorenor threatened. "If you intend to play Uncle Thayne with these people consider this: they do not share power." Lorenor said. "This place you have stumbled upon. Only one would accept you and that is my Master. So what's it gonna be? Will you join me or will you die?" Lorenor was deadly serious. He hoped that the elemental was not stupid and valued it's well being.

γιγαντιαίαφωτιά stood confused. "What crime is it you accuse me of?" asked γιγαντιαίαφωτιά. "I have done nothing but surfaced this world." He took a moment, searched the land, and saw schorched bodies. "No! i hadn't meant for this! All I wanted was to explore the surface of these lands!" γιγαντιαίαφωτιά looked towards the man who spoken to him before, "I did not expect anyone to accept me when I came. I do not wish to start an alliance with anyone, just to live like a wanderer. Please, let me leave this area in peace, I do not wish to fight."
(this is the best i could do with my time. I hope you can easily continue with this.)

(It's fine I hope you don't mind my post I'm just trying to add things to the story. Let me know if everything is okay.)
Listening to the man, Lorenor knew what he was dealing with. The man is ignorant of these lands. Lorenor knew what the mortals of the world would do to the fire giant once they came across him and saw he was responsible for so many "innocent deaths". Lorenor carefully acknowledged what the man was saying. Then, he sheathed his weapon in his scabbard. Shrugging Lorenor knew he had an out, the fire giant didn't. The crime was not Lorenor's style either way. I just came out here to see what further trouble I could start...well he doesn't seem interested in succeeding in life. He will likely get caught by their local law enforcements... Lorenor thought as he looked at the fire giant.
"Suit yourself." Lorenor said, turned around, and began to walk away.
Meanwhile, the town was still burning as well the bodies. The burning town had attracted unwanted attention from locale Corone authorities. Lorenor moved so that he was hidden in the shadows, and carefully made his way out of the town. He wanted to make certain what was coming for the fire giant, wouldn't affect his own people. And just, as Lorenor had suspected, there atop a hill stood a group of heavily armed Corone militia. Not Radasanthites, but likely from Jadet. Lorenor looked at the small group, there was a squadron of five well trained warriors. The mutant had an option. He made his way towards the captain of the guards. Making sure he kept his face hidden from view. Lorenor addressed the guard's captain. Looking up at the mounted warrior, Lorenor nodded.
"Sir." Lorenor said. "There's a big fellow down yonder..." Lorenor pointed to the fire boy's general direction. "Done caused this mess. Please bring him to justice." Lorenor nodded.
The guard Captain nodded in response.
"Aye lad. Thanks for making our jobs easier. What's your name, boy?"
"Lars." Lorenor lied. "Just Lars."
"Pay the boy." The guard captain said, and Lorenor was offered a small pouch with a pittance of gold, which the mutant was not too proud to take. He turned to look at the fire giant one more time, pitying him, and then walked away from the likely one-sided massacre that would ensue. He made his way several yards to the North of the burning town. Then, he stopped where several other spider magi awaited him.
"I couldn't convert him." Lorenor said carefully. "For what it was worth, I tried my best."
"So what now?" One of the spider magi asked of Lorenor.
"Good question. We might still be able to reach the thing once they are defeated and he has seen for himself what hearts that men have." Lorenor said.
"So we wait?" The spider magi asked. There were ten strong.
Lorenor knew that he could easily have taken the guards and the fire giant down...
Lorenor nodded in agreement. "We wait." He said in response and turned towards a small scrying tool. It was how they had found the burning town in the first place, before anybody else...
