In Need of a Staff

For the sake of time, I'll do this all out of character. I would like to purchase, for use in the tournament, a Nihon Redwood Long Staff, and if possible, since skills and proficiencies are no longer regulated by RoG, an average proficiency with the weapon. I am currently in a quest to earn the staff and proficiency, but cannot finish it before the tournament.
