Moving Character and Items

Good afternoon! I recently came to this site at my brother's invitation; he used to write here about 4 years back and when I told him I was looking for a way to get back into writing, he brought up Althanas! We discussed the site a bit and I ran my character design past him, I even asked him if he was coming back! Unfortunately, he's not interested at all, but he did give me the passwords to all his characters in case I wanted to write with any of them. So, I linked them all to this account and started sifting through them this morning.

A Nony Mouse was his highest level character, but he retired it at one point and had the EXP and GP transferred to Last of the Saratu. I don't really want to use the Saratu character; is there any way to reverse the retirement process? If not, can I delete Saratu and instead "retire" A Nony Mouse to this account instead?

Additionally, I'd like to submit several of the partially complete quests from among these characters for judgment, if I may. What post/word count is the cut-off to make sure this is worth the judges' time? Should I type up an ending to the story and then submit it? There are a few Citadel battles and partner quests all with inactive members so there's little hope of reviving the concept and continuing it.

Reincarnation is generally an irreversible process, especially if the character had already been used (and Last of the Saratu had been used). On top of that, reincarnation was meant to be used to boost a brand new character. I see you've already used the current character in several quest. However, given the fact that you haven't earned any EXP yet, I figure the rules could be bent enough to allow you to get the EXP from reincarnation (50% of Saratu's EXP).

This, however, would disable you from reaping the EXP from any unfinished threads, because by the time you submit/finish them, you'd already have some judged on the current character. So you won't be able to reincarnate Saratu into Scar.

10 posts or 10,000 words is a minimum for a full judgment, if I recall correctly? Judging staff can correct me on that if I'm wrong.

So, A Nony Mouse is gone forever, yes? And I can just ignore Last of the Saratu if I don't want to write as him and can't retire him to Scar.
I'll probably ignore Nimis Gulamet too as his only battle is a 7-post 5k deal.
I'll finish up some of Behemoth's quests to the minimum level and get them submitted.

Yes, A Nony Mouse is gone, or rather his EXP is gone. But you can still reincarnate Saratu into Scar since you haven't earned any EXP with Scar yet. I could treat him as an unused character, and you could re-register him as level one with Saratu's EXP (it would net you some 2000+ EXP). Also, keep in mind that you cannot reincarnate several character into one. It only works one-for-one, one retired character sacrificed for one new character.
