A mental switch can be flipped whenever he wants something, which can turn Temple into the most ruthless individual in Althanas, or the friendliest guy you'd ever meet. Deceit is the name of the game, and getting to higher strides of life is all that he cares about.

|» History:
What's to tell, right? My mother loved me as best as she could until my father ran her off. I don't really remember how old I was, but I was old enough to know that she wasn't coming back and that I was the next target for my father's alcoholic, drunken ranting to which fists decided to fly every so often. I was old enough to know when to hide and when to stay and fight for what I thought was right -- I think around fifteen or sixteen to be sure.

Around eighteen, I was finished with his rants about how the mining company was treating them poorly. I was tired of being the victim of his aggression and decided to act out on my own when he decided to use me as a punching bag one night. He wasn't around enough to notice that I'd been lifting and hadn't been going to school for a few years prior. He didn't even realize that I'd picked up the mage's gift of mana from mom until I hit him back for the first time in nearly nineteen years. The joy of that first blow after he'd delivered one of his own, left me breathless and left him unconscious laying across the kitchen table.

Later that night, I was packing stuff up to leave and he came up. Tried to apologize. Tried. I threatened him. Threatened his life. His well-being. I swore I'd steal his life from his corpse if he dared lay a finger on me again or try to contact me. He was regretful, knowing that he was in the wrong for so many years, but knew that he couldn't stop me now. I was going to find my mother. I was so noble back then...

Fast forwarding to present day, I use my body and my mother's gift as a sellsword. I'm not even close to being the best in the game, but I'm striving to get there and take on any form of work that might benefit my growth. I looked for nearly ten years for my mother and found nothing -- I still do, but it's more of a sure-bet that she's long gone or dead by now, and I've worked through most of this aggression to the point where I'm something of a stable human... stable as insanity can be, some days, but I manage. I find the jobs that look for someone wanting to gain a few bruises, protect someone or something, transport items to and fro, gain signatures or bounce for people. A little bit of this and that is where my life has brought me now...

I'm afraid I have to count Punching Bag as an ability, as it offers resistance and increased endurance. So you have one ability too much. I'd recommend removing one of the elemental punches.

Speaking of those, what exactly does it mean that they cost 1 prep and that the cooldown is 2 full cycles? Without definition of those measurements, I have no idea what exactly they represent.

That is all.

Realigned. Updated.

You still have four different abilities. I can only allow three right now.

And I still don't know what do prep/cycle represent. Please elaborate on those and remove one of your abilities.

Technically speaking, it's one ability with avenue options - but if it bothers you that much...

And I generally assumed that most people who used forums and combat knew what T1 was. Apologies.
A prep or preparation is just that, for a spell on hand. It says that nothing is "immediate" or "instant" - instead that you have to spend a post to prepare your magical attack before casting. You cannot often prep and cast in the same post, as the assumed energy accumulation wouldn't be ample enough to do damage.

A Cooldown of 2 cycles or rounds, says that I cannot use the ability for 2 entire combative cycles. [Me (cast), you - initial 1] [me, you 2] [I can cast again]

Yeah, when it comes to writing forums, I'm monogamous, so I didn't really try others. Thus I have no idea what T1 is, though I might've heard it mentioned once or twice over the years.

Anyways, thanks for the clarification. Last order of business. Could you please add that his endurance is currently twice that of a normal human? We generally grade attributes in comparison to an average garden-variety human, just for clarity sakes.
