Maerwen

Name: Maerwen (pronounced mire-wen. She gets angry if you pronounce it mare-wen)
Age: 128
Race: elf
Height/Weight: 5’6”/125 lbs
Hair/Eye color: golden blonde/light blue
Languages: Elvish, Common
General Appearance: Slim and graceful like most elves. Maerwen typically wears a dress of dark green with gold trim that falls to her knees in the back and to mid-thigh in front. The sleeves reach to her wrist and are tapered to her arms. The neckline is smoothly rounded and scoops just barely low enough to give a hinting view of her cleavage. With this dress she wears close fitting black pants that are tapered to the ankle and knee-high boots that have about a 1-inch heel on them. She also wears a hooded cloak of mottled brown and green to help blend in with the forest and thin, black leather gloves.

Weaponry:
A Raiaeran bow made of birch, 61” in length. This is her primary weapon.
A short sword of steel (40” in length from pommel to tip)
A single hunting knife, also steel. This is rarely used for defense. It is primarily used for preparing game when hunting.

Armor: the only “armor” Maerwen wears is leather bracers that cover her entire forearm. This stems mostly from wanting a guard on her left arm to protect it from the snap of the bowstring with the one on her right arm being there mostly to even out appearances.

Skills:
Sharpshooter: Maerwen has almost perfect accuracy up to 70 yards. Beyond that, her accuracy begins to lower due to distance and the limitations of a simple bow.
Swordfighting: Maerwen has average skill with a sword.
Horseback riding: Maerwen is an excellent rider and despite the length of her bow, can still shoot quite well even at a run.
Tracking: Maerwen is able to track almost any animal through the forest with little trouble.
Forest Smarts: Maerwen is well versed in the flora and fauna common to most forests, as well as how to survive in relative comfort in the middle of a forest.

Abilities:
Elven sight: Maerwen can see 2x better than the average human
Dexterity: Maerwen has 2x the dexterity of an average human.
Forest step: Her feet make no noise, regardless of what she’s walking on, due to the combination of her elven heritage and numerous years spent hunting.

Special items: enchanted quiver – the quiver is brown leather with a band of dark brown along the top edge and bottom edge. Roses are carved into the dark brown all along the edges. In the center of the quiver is her family heraldry. It holds 21 arrows. The enchantment is such that when the quiver is emptied, it magically refills. The quiver must be completely empty in order for the enchantment to trigger. Her arrows have oak shafts, steel tips, and feather fletching. The quiver is a family heirloom and is unsellable.

Familiar: Meldiron is her horse (pronounced “Mehl-dear-on”). He has bay coloring, which means brown body and face with dark mane and tail. Meldiron’s front legs are nearly black, while his rear legs have white “socks” that don’t quite reach the knee. Maer uses a saddle, but does not use a bit or bridle to guide Meldiron. She has had Meldiron for a number of years and while the two don’t quite have psychic link, Meldiron always seems to know what’s on his mistress’ mind and how she’s feeling. He is extremely loyal. He is however, just an ordinary horse and does not possess any special abilities.

History: Maerwen grew up in Tor Elythis, Raiaera. Her father was a well-off merchant of enchanted items and fine wines. She herself had aspirations of joining the Sentinel cadre of the Silverwind. That hope was dashed to pieces when Xem’zund began his attacks. Worried for his family, Maerwen’s father packed up shop and moved the whole family to Scara Brae. There, he used his savings to purchase a new home, shop, and the various supplies needed to resume business. Maer never really cared for bothering with the business, so she spent most of her time wandering in Brokenthorne Woods with only Meldiron for company. She spent three years with her father and mother in Scara Brae and wandering the forest. Now, with only Meldiron for company, she has decided to see more of the world on her own.

Forest step sounds oddly like you tried to pass two abilities as one (the complete silence and the speed). I'm afraid you can either have one or the other. I would suggest to you that you leave the speed and remove the complete silence, and instead list Stealth as a skill. It won't allow you complete silence, but when combined with speed and dexterity, you will be able to move in relative silence all the same.
