Thank you, thank you. I actually celebrated a weekend too early and got really fucked up, almost fought one of my mother's ex boyfriends. You know, a typical weekend in Pennsylvania. I also ate two cakes. And there was fentanyl!

Fentanyl is the best birthday present. After my C-section they gave that to me in my epidural and then gave me a button that would let me administer a dosage every ten minutes if I so chose.
