Wow, I'm impressed. I never got origami. It's such a fine art and extremely difficult to master. Well done!

The thing with origami is that the first few folds have to be as perfect as you can get. If they're off by a little bit, the error gets magnified as you do more and more steps and the result can be pretty ugly. On the other hand, if you do the early parts well then you can actually fudge the later details a bit and it'll still coming out looking alright (like this guy).
